I am a Marriage & Family Therapist and work with adults, couples and families experiencing relationship issues — including bad relationships with themselves! I specialize in marriage crisis, mid life crisis, codependence, and relaxation therapy and use a wide variety of theories and techniques to bring people the inner peace they are seeking. Our practice is casual and we are very relaxed in our style and do everything we can to make a therapy experience a pleasant one.

History

Established in 2006.

I finished my doctorate in May of 2006 and hung out my private practice shingle in 2006 in San Antonio, working out of my home! We have grown significantly since then, and in 2011 I returned to my home state of Arkansas where I have a beautiful office in the Plaza West building.

I always was fascinated with humans and their behavior and like following pebbles on a path, I was literally led in incremental steps to my career and working and advising people as a Marriage & Family Therapist. I know this is my purpose I life because I am excited about it every day and love learning more about it every day. My clients tell me all the time that they can tell how passionate I am, and they’re right!
