First off, I’d like to say that we were staying at this house where the carpets were recently steamed and the hardwood floors cleaned. If the black socks that used to be white were any indication on how well this place was cleaned, then I’m in trouble. I researched online and found All Seasons rated an A+ on BBB and thought I’d give them a call to get a quote.
Larry who answered my early morning call was extremely nice and helpful. I got a good quote and booked an appointment to steam and shampoo the carpets. On the day of our appointment I called Larry and asked if they could also clean our hardwood floors as well. He stopped by the office to pick up his supplies as they were already on their way to the house. They did an excellent job and the stains on the carpets were removed. They poured stuff on the floor, mopped it, scrubbed using a machine, then mopped again, and dried the floors. I was most impressed with how clean my hardwood floors looked. They were a lighter shade of brown since the hardwood floors were so dirty. I could eat off the floor! Thanks for all your hard work and for making me one happy camper! Also when he gave us the bill he was very honest to let us know we gave him too much and asked if we saw total amt on the bill — we told him the rest was for him & his team.
Also for those trying to shop around for prices, the popular Stanley Steamers was 2−3x more in cost. I’d rather support a local independent company.
Overall: I highly recommend Larry & his team. Great quality work and they don’t cut corners.
