I’ve been using this car wash for years. They always do a great job and are more than happy to address any issues or details before our after the wash. Even on a busy day they move the line quickly. The ladies at the desk are helpful and friendly as well. The store and restroom are both spotless. Great place to wash your baby.

The attends have peeled off in my car twice when they thought I was around. They lost one of my mats. They do s horrible Job on the interior leaving the leather greasy/​slimey. I will never go back here and I’ve give them 3 chances, which is really 3 too many. Absolutely the worst car wash I have ever been to.

I’ve been coming here for a few years now… My car is maintained beautifully with these guys… I prefer coming early morn… In and out with the platinum Pkg in about 20 mins, which gives me time for my coffee… all the guys are super friendly and give my car close attention.

Came here last year and wasn’t satisfied with the half-​assed service. Windows weren’t clean, interior not properly vacuumed, dirt here and there. Not impressed considering the amount I paid.
Fast forward a year later I was in desperate need of a wash after the huge blizzard, so I decided to come for a wash just to get the salt off and some rust inhibitor on. Despite the fact it was super busy, my vehicle came out looking like a show car (and I only got the most basic package). I don’t know what you did to improve but you’ve won me over. Please keep up the fantastic job!

A little pricey compared to other options around long island but they do a great job. The vacuum is strong, the soap is foamy and unlike other places, they probably clean their washing robots once in a while because the soap and water actually run off rather clear!
As mentioned in several other reviews, the amount of wax they use is a joke. No beading on the windows or paint at all. I generally take it there for the cheapest option wash and add on the chassis bath which is the real reason I go to car washes in the first place. Kind of a good thing that they use almost no wax because I prefer going home, giving the car another rinse, clay, and apply my own high quality wax nice and thick.
So in summary, good for a rinse and chassis bath but don’t depend on them for wax, which is probably also true for most other car wash places around here.

They have great customer service I travel all the way from Astoria, Queens just to get a car wash they do an awesome job I have gone to other ones and they do not compare they also have free tea and coffee I highly recommend them

These guys are amazing. I went for the Platinum wash (the highest package) $ 28 and figured it would be like every other time where I get the same cleaning as the cheapest package… NOT TRUE! These guys spent 20 minutes just on wiping down every inch of the interior! Worth every penny! I recommend to everybody!

Went in to get a car wash and was sorely disappointed by the interior wipe down. They barely paid attention to wiping down any part. The interior was filthy! Even after paying for the silver package which includes some type of interior detailing? Definitely will not go back. Can find cheaper machine wash places that don’t do the interior. Kicking myself for tipping!

My absolute favorite car wash. No where better after my nephews have been in the back. I’m not too good during road trips either. Couldn’t believe how clean the interior came out — mashed food etc!
There is a team of hard working men who make my car look like new. I spent 50k on my car and want to keep it that way. Simonizing well worth it –keeps my leather fresh from outdoor rays. David is my favorite – always smiling and making people happy. I need clean windows and everyone one including sun roof are done perfectly.
I can’t thank the guys enough for the job they do on hot days.

I’ve been using this car wash for both personal and business (car service, so multiple times per week) for the past 5 years and have never had any issues. Cars always come out looking great inside and out.
The detailing center is also great. I like to get my work cars detailed every spring to get all the winter wear and tear off, especially the inside from all the slush and salt clients get on the carpets getting in and out the car. The cars look as good as new both inside and out when they are done with them.
Overall I’d highly recommend them.

Very poor service from the team. The bird poop wasn’t even wiped off. Clear as day on a blue car. Interior not even wiped down the cup holders and streaks all over windows. Seriously, you’re going to be better off saving your money or going elsewhere.
Don’t fall for any carnauba upgrade or RainX. Windows don’t bead and there is no wax. Benefit from the other suckers, like myself that paid for it, cause it will still be on their rags.
If I could take back the tip I left I would. I never would screw hard workers out of their money but this crew is the worst!

Very convenient to great neck where my parents live
I’m not too picky about my car washes so I don’t know why anyone here is bashing but I get it some people are just picky.
All in all I don’t know the difference between a good or bad wash unless my car is not shiny afterwards .
Would go back mostly cuz of convenience.

After repeatedly telling the tech to leave OUR Armorall car wipes alone in the front seat (because he kept pointing to them and saying something in Spanish), the car was returned to us without them. The car itself came back decently clean in a you-​get-​what-​you-​pay-​for kind of way, but seriously? You’re welcome, everyone ahead of us that got their car cleaned with our cheapo car wipes.
There also was a lot of confusion as to when our car was actually done. So fix that, and the stealing of our stuff, and maybe we can bump this up to two stars for the mediocre cleaning.

Worst car wash ever. Save your $. My car would’ve been cleaner if I just drove through a bunch of puddles! I paid 20 bucks and they didn’t do my wheels OR THE INTERIOR! Seriously?! Then when they tried to tell me that my car was ready, I asked why the interior was still so dusty and the guy had the nerve to give me an attitude… of course I had them wipe it out but NEVER again would I go there!

This car wash is alright. Only reason I come here cuz it’s relatively close to where I live. Regular car wash, in and out in less than 5 mins. Prices are pretty steep. There’s 3 packages: Silver, Gold, Platinum, as well as, a early morning special. They do have coupons available online.
I always thought that it was illegal to sit in a car wash in NYC. lol Heard that from someone. but apparently its not. I went for a car wash 2 days ago, and the guys at the car wash were like, «No, you can sit in your car if you want, whatever you want.» loll
