Well I guess I jumped the gun on my last review. She was really nice on this time when she took my order. The food has always been great.

Craig D has the best pizza I have ever had in my life. We order pizza here from work occasionally, so I can only base my review off of that, but it’s so good it deserves 5 stars. The crust is a great texture, not too chewy, not too crunchy. The veggie pizza is very good, but the plain takes the cake. DELICIOUS!!!

Craig’s is one of those rare finds that offers something for everyone. Whether you want something simple for breakfast, hot or cold lunches and dinners, cold cuts, fresh made mozzarella, caterings, absolutely delicious pizza and calzones. The list goes on and on. You name it, Craig D’s has it all.

I just moved here this month from Newark and I’ve already been here approximately 6 times in 3 weeks. The food is phenomenonal and the service is always quick and friendly. Their hours are perfect as they are open super early until at least 9pm(in comparison, another local deli favorite down the street closes @ 3pm every day — what’s up with that!?). I should also mention that this place has always been very clean when I’ve gone there. Pricing is reasonable as you’ll pay about $ 5-$ 6 for a large sandwich. They also have a great chicken salad that is made in-house. As a native New Englander(the home of Willow Tree Chicken Salad), I’ve found its very hard to find acceptable chicken salad out here, but Craig D’s is great. Breakfast is also served all day and they deliver which is great if you’re in the go. Also, if you have a pooch they have roast beef ends for $ 1 which is the perfect snack for any dog. Im pretty sure my four-legged friend enjoys Craig Ds as much as I do!

As far as breakfast sandwiches, this the place to get them. They have classics like ham and cheese or bacon and egg. They also have their own specialty sandwiches which are amazing. They have eggs, mushrooms, onions, sausage, bacon, peppers, etc etc, depending on what you order. My go to favorite is The Patriot. Potatoes, eggs, sausage, onions, cheese… just writing about it makes my mouth water. And they’re not some small little sandwiches, they try to stuff that roll of bread as much as they can. Good way to get your breakfast fix and at a reasonable price too. They’re not limited to breakfast either. They have hot sandwiches, cold sandwiches, etc for lunch. I haven’t gotten much of it, but my coworkers get it occasionally and it always looks good.

So we place our order for delivery. Can you believe 30 mins passed, and nothing. So I called… They said they’re a little backed up. No problem… I’m sure we’re not the only ones getting food today. 45 mins later, I call and asked if the delivery guy left, they said YES he did. 55 mins later… I told them what’s going on, did he get lost? They said, if you want… Come pick it up, it’s ready. I figured, you know what… who cares. Even though I originally placed this order for delivery, I’ll go pick it up… I’m hungry. So I get to the place, food was ready, and the woman seemed annoyed that I went there to pick it up. No apologizes for the long wait, and here’s the kicker. I would never ask for anything, but if I was them, I would at least try to comfort the customer by offering an explanation for the delay, or at least offering a free soda or something for lying to me over the phone. Hate to judge them after one visit, but I didn’t like their service. It’s a shame, their pizza wasn’t bad

i’m going 3 stars with Craig D’s, my wife and I decided to share a slice of pizza and a roast beef hero w/let. tom. mayo s & p. The pizza, #1 tasted old and #2 tasted like they used cheap ingredients. For the record, we were there about 1pm on Saturday afternoon. You know when cheap cheese is heated it doesn’t heat well? Plus the crust was stale and the sauce kinda dried up in the oven. They can do better! The roast beef sandwich was good. Prices are pretty reasonable as well. we’ll try Craig D’s again and see where we wind up.

I thought about ordering from here recently on a saturday night to get a sausage and mushrrom pizza. I was told they were out of mushrooms. Are you ********* kidding me! That is a disgrace. They should be shut down on moral principle! AWFUL!

As pilots flying out of near by Teterboro Airport, my colleague and I were hungry, frustrated, and in a hurry for a quick bite to eat; we avoid chains at all cost while on the road which didn’t help matters. We stumbled upon Craig D’s deli and were pleasantly impressed. I had two delicious slices of pizza while my co-worker enjoyed a sandwich. Both of us will definitely return if our travels bring us back to this area.
