Sudz Wash N Go Laundromat

I came here to wash my king size comforter. The door is unlocked but I’m not sure if it is actually in business. Nobody is here, the place looks post-​apocalyptic. Trash is everywhere, the vending machine looks like it had been broken into, there is duct tape on the machines. I turned around and walked out.

This place smelled bad and the facility was filthy. Several machines were duct taped closed and not working. One washer was full of wet clothes you can see through the washer window, but the door was taped shut (maybe that’s what the moldy odor is). I was forced to stay since there are no options in the area and my home dryer is broken. Next time I will drive 30 minutes to a cleaner facility to dry my clothes… wondering if the positive reviews are just personal friends of the owner. This community deserves better!

I asked my husband to wash the blankets, well he went alright. He went in and walked right back out, he said it was filthy!

I’m giving this one star because the washer works but only one since this is the most disgustingly filthy laundromat I’ve ever used.

Horrible broken driers and will not answer phone or call back! I am a disabled veteran and I am not supposed to be on my feet for extended periods and I have to stand here and hold the door shut on their POS drier. Go somewhere else!!!

The damn owner is never friggin here so if these out of date washer and dryers take your damn money, you are out of luck!!! The phone number is listed, but, guess what??? The damn number is temporarily disconnected!!! How can you be a business owner and don’t have a working telephone number is beyond me!!! Now I have lost $ 10.50 but that’s not the issue, the damn issue is my clothes are being held damn hostage because I can’t get them out until this broke ass machine runs the 20 minute cycle!!! Word of advice, have an attendant onsite during business hours so when this crap happens, the damn customers are not left feeling screwed and not in a PLEASURABLE damn way!!! Oh and you get one damn star by default!!! Wish it was a this place sucks rating cause you damn sure earned that one!!!

This was the GROSSEST, FILTHIEST laundromat I have ever used. SO gross. The machines are all so old and dirty, inside and out. The floor had so, so many nasty stains. Wooden pain in the butt benches to sit on. A mother changed her kid’s stinky diaper on one of the clothes folding tables (I almost threw up). They cater to a mostly Mexican clientele, which is terrific. Except I didn’t understand the MANY signs they had posted as they are all in Spanish and all of the TVs were on a Spanish-​speaking-​only channel. They DO now have Wi-​Fi and it is a strong and stable service that was easy-​peasy to connect to. But that definitely is not enough to gain my return. The front loader machines are supposedly their «larger load» machines, yet they barely held my one full (not overly full either) load for $ 2.75. The top loading machines are $ 1.75, did a subpar cleaning and spin job, and are smaller than any home machine I’ve ever owned! (We are full-​time RVers, but our RV park is renovating the laundry room this week). The dryers are typical front loading and they do hold a lot, but you only get 7 MINUTES per quarter, with a $ 1.25 minimum. My clothes were still half damp on $ 1.25 and it took a total of $ 2.25 to get my clothes fully dry. They also have one video machine (Pac Man!) that was so loud and annoying, that we finally yanked the plug out of the wall to shut it off. It was THAT annoying. I wish I had gone to Denton and will if this need ever arises again. BOTTOM LINE: costs more than it’s worth, no one onsite (attendant), and just FILTHY. I do NOT recommend this to anyone! P. S. There is an AWESOME, AUTHENTIC Mexican grocer and grill right next door (carry out only). I swear, they had the best beef tacos I’ve ever had! 100% authentic Mexico. No «Tex Mex» here. All Mexican products, which was awesome for stocking up my Mexican cooking staples. Oh, but those tacos and their homemade Pico de Gallo and homemade Guacamole– to die for! I’ll find the name and attach it to this review. They definitely deserve the five stars this laundromat should never see!

Um, YUCK. This is the worst laundromat I have been to.
It is very dirty. Even the machines are filthy where the detergent
goes in.
Has TV but no WIFI.
I won’t be going back.

It’s hard for me to even give this place 3 stars, but at least the owners are nice — so, they get the extra star for that alone.
I’ve been laundromat-​ing since I was 14 (I’m 28 now) and I’m from Downtown LA, so I know laundromats! And, this place, for being in a nice place like Little Elm, is pretty ghetto. It’s makes my old hang in downtown look pretty classy.
It’s constantly filthy. Sorry, but the floors look like they’ve never been cleaned, and same goes for the washers — and save yourself the sadness, never look behind the washers. Yikes!!!
Dryers and washers are broken a lot! And, even the change machine was broken for 2 weeks.
They are also very expensive — $ 1.75 for a small laundry load /​/​who thinks this is reasonable?!
They’ve got a good investment here; I mean, there is no where else close to go. So, spend a little money and make this place nicer — please and thank you!

This is the worst, filthiest laundromat I have ever been to. I walked in and immediately left.

The only reason I am giving this place 2 stars is because I walked out with «clean» clothes. Our washer broke and while waiting for the part we had to do laundry. The soap containers at the top of the machines were so disgusting we put Downey in them and all it did was bubble up. At night they don’t have bathrooms due to vandalism. This poor lady moved from one machine to another to another trying to get one to close. They all seemed broken, My son and I both had to use the restroom but I refused to leave my clothes. I guess in a pinch and you have no other options it will do but, I wouldn’t take blankets or anything like that here.

The facility is clean and fairly priced. I will be back here soon. Have a friendly conversation with Hugo if you see a man mopping the floors or cleaning. He’s the owner who takes care of his own place bright and early in the morning. Easy in and easy out. Plenty of bright open parking.

Honestly I try to remain objective but this place was awful. The machines all needed cleaning and maybe even sterilization on some. Several machines were out of order and dirty. The floor was also in need of sweeping and a good mop. The parking lot appeared to be in better order. It did not seem like anyone there cared though.
The place also reeked of foul smells coming from the bathroom (which also was dirty). I’d give it a 2 or 3 if they’d clean the place up.

I have been there several times and the place is ALWAYS clean! There are plenty of washers and dryers available every time I go. The owner is there alot and she is very friendly. The place is very bright and cheery. I will return for sure!

I don’t know how these reviewers said this place was clean! This place is a dump! The machines are old! AND the dispensers have MOLD AND MILDEW on them! Clean?! Plus there are only 8 – 9 machines in this place.
The dryer i used barely dried my comforter. I was so highly upset at this place!
This is my 1^st and last visit! I miss my laundromat on Trinity Mills & Midway!

Have gone there three weeks now. Nice place! Pretty clean, machines in good shape and they work!!!

I am a regular here. It is a little pricey but clean. The owners are very nice and helpful and the woman who is their everyday is super sweet and helpful.

Stopped in late last Sunday evening. Meet the owner, a super friendly and outgoing guy. Stayed 30 mins after closing to let me finish drying instead of pulling my sheets out wet. Machines are a little older, but well serviced and they pride on customer service. A++, highly recommend if you live in the area.
