I know it’s just McDonald’s and you should not expect much. But oh my gosh! Every time I go there my order is messed up! Why?!

Cold food and poor quality for a Mc. Donald’s. Word of advice, check your order right there at the drive through. 3 out of 5 times, your order will be incorrect. i.e. small fries = chicken nuggets!

So, everyone working here clearly hasn’t surpassed high school, even the older ones. I don’t know if it’s a language barrier, but first: 1.) the Hispanic man at the first window clearly has no clue what he’s doing but he’s a manager(why???). He got very disrespectful with me and my mother because he was frustrated that he couldn’t read English and could not understand a coupon we had from the McDonald’s app. It was like explaining something to a baby. No matter how many times we repeated how we wanted our order, he was still very confused and didn’t know how to charge us for a food. He even got frustrated and said, «there is business(«busy-ness) behind, a lot of cars behind.» We don’t care, we’re paying customers. But we finally got this very uneducated fellow to get it right. 2.) after finally teaching him how to take an order, we get up front and the woman tries to short us on food. She was adamant that she never saw our orders or charged us for my order(my mom and I had separate orders), but had my order right in front of her! So not only are you unintelligent, but you’re a thief too??? Go to a different McDonald’s. These people don’t deserve jobs.

Save yourself the time and money and go to another location. This one is slow and lacking in customer service.

Food wasn’t bad. Same old McDonald’s food. It’s the play area that keeps us coming back.

Not one time is our order correct, never an apology from the manager. Very very rude. And the play place is nasty. Watched an employee clean the table with a dirty rag from the floor, lovely.

If you are looking for a place to go, where you can sit in your car for 10 – 30 minutes before eating and just chat with friends or listen to your radio, you have found it! I always feel bad for going to McDonalds. The food is unhealthy to begin with. I suppose that is why I put up with the penance of going to this particular McDonalds. It is truly the slowest ‘fast food’ experience you will find anywhere and if that appeals to you, then you have found a winner in this place.

We waited almost 20 minutes for our food in the drive thru. When I went into the store to get our food and discuss the issue with the manager she blamed(and I mean she told me it was my fault) ordering a crispy chicken club on the wait.(One of the ladies packing our food also came over and agreed with the manager that is was«my sandwich’s fault.) She told me it takes 7 minutes to cook. I asked why it didn’t get dropped earlier and got no reply. I then asked her again why I had been waiting almost 20 minutes in the special«we don’t have your food read drive thru slot». She told me it was my chicken club’s fault. And to top it all off the ONLY thing that was warm when we got home(a 5 minute drive) was the hot and fresh chicken club that my wife ordered and we waited on. And to be treated like because our order was so «special» that it took almost three times as long to get it to us as it does to cook a chicken club is over the frakin’ top. We are done with this McDonalds. This isn’t the only issue and this isn’t the only time we have had issues. As I was getting out of my car, the car waiting for food behind me rolled down his window and told me «I hate this McDonalds.» I asked him if he had had issues before and he told me «Yes. Many times.» I told him I wasn’t coming back to this McDonalds EVER again and he agreed.

Yipe! Okay, it is McDonalds, however it is apparent that HQ spent no time training this disaster. Went at 0930 on Saturday. One register open, line of cars around building and staff looked like deer in headlights. Cashier did not get order right first time, for two McMuffins and a medium hot mocha. Really? Manager moved in two speeds, slow and huh? Mocha should have a chocolate taste to it, yes? Oh well, the McD’s at Teel is much better run. Enjoy!

It’s McDonalds people. You need a quick bite… You have the option of clogging your arteries or not. Rude mgmt? I can’t comment on that. But once again, IT’S MCDONALD’S. Not Nick & Sams.

BAD, BAD service. Every time we order from this location there’s always something missing or that’s not correct(well not every time, but more often than not). The rudeness of the one assigned on taking orders from the drive thru on 12/16/2012 about 7:30AM takes the cake(Management take note, but I doubt as you’re also part of the problem). She’s not only rude but doesn’t have any common sense. I was waiting on the outer lane but she just kept on taking orders from the ones in the inner lane. I don’t know if she is blind or just doesn’t have common sense. When I told her that I was ahead of the other cars, she just turned off the speaker and wouldn’t take my order. Just plainly RUDE! I just drove away and went to another fastfood place.

Negative stars is the only rating this place should get. I don’t go often(less then 5x a year) but every time the management are rude, staff is incompetent and takes over 15 minutes to get what your ordered. This is a corporate store. If you are dissatisfied call corporate.

After giving this place chance after chance I give up. If you’re going to have a double-lane, remember when you tell someone to «hold on» before you let 3 other cars go by in the opposite lane. Tonight the guy asked for me to repeat my order 3 times, come to find out when I get to the first window hes got his IPOD turned on & playing on the register to then ask me AGAIN if it were a regular or double. If this wasn’t enough, I get to the second window to have the managers neck COVERED in hickeys and with a lip ring that you really should take out and clean, its infected(This is coming from someone whos worked in fast food and restaurants, who has two lip rings, gauged ears and i’m not out of my 20s). Change the people you employ and give ACTUALHARD working people a much needed job. Not these bums. I had to reset my password for this account JUST to save anyone the pain of dealing with this McDonalds, but if you’re willing to kill 45minutes for«fast food» by all means.

The only reason they were able to even get 3 stars is a good play area. The service was bad. All I ordered was 4 burgers and a soda. It took 5 minutes to get that in. The food was semi cold and the cheese wasn’t melted. The food was bland. Not even my kids wanted it. The restaurant was clean. The play area was cool. The pirate theme had the tables in a crashed ship. The play area also had a clean bathroom in it.

I’ve stopped eat at this McDoland’s because, frankly, I have some things I’d still like to do with my life before I die. I’ve had several bad experiences with this particular location. Last summer, I grabbed breakfast from this location before taking my boat out for a cruiser. All was fine until about an hour later with both my wife and I got violently ill and had to race back to shore to find a bathroom. Best I can figure the eggs weren’t cooked properly in our breakfast items and we got food poisoning. Between then and now we’ve probably stopped there a handful of times and our order has been wrong, service has been slow, etc. The last straw was over the weekend. We went at about 10:45 expecting their lunch menu to be available. Apparently on Sunday, they serve breakfast until 11. I ordered two breakfast burritos and took them home. They forgot the salsa, which was clearly included in the ticket. As I was finishing the last few bites of my second burrito I felt something obsure in my mouth. I spit the food out to find a very long piece of plastic like part of a wrapper had fallen into the food. It had cheese stuck all over it which indicated that it was cooked with the plastic in it. So, that’s enough for me. I’m done with this McDonald’s location.
