joe’s use to be my go to place all last summer and months prior. over the fall months after new ownership it fell off tremendously. late over and hour+ on deliveries, poor quality and bad services. it was horrible because they have such great potential, just need to slow down and hire more staff. i believe they choose quantity of quality. in the future i pray the issue gets resolved. i was lied to on refunds and they then began using the blame game at the owners level.

You don’t know how happy I am to find a great NY Pizza place in Texas. Run by New Yorkers, it’s just like being in Queens. I favor the sausage parm sub and cheese slices!

watch them like a hawk. They over charged me and when I brought it to «Jonnys» attention he copped an attitude. Then, he jacked with my pizzas. tossed them so that the cheese moved all over the place and didn’t cut either pizza very well. The place seem dirty and so is their attitude. Such a shame because it could be a very good thing if they were consistent and easier to deal with.

What a joke!!! I wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt, and give them another try. Well that was a mistake. Ordered online, spaghetti, chicken parmesan, hot sandwich, slice of pizza and a house and Caesar salad. Order gets to my house in 1 ¼ hours when it said 45 minutes. Guy gives us the order, gives us the price, and we tell him that doesn’t sound right and then asks what did we get. Then proceeds to call the store because he had the wrong order, our order was still in his car. Gives us the order, says«everything is there» and walks away. Not everything! No chicken parmesan, no slice of pizza and there were two house salads(no Caesar). I called the store, the manager proceeded to tell me that I need to understand that he has a bunch of dumbass kids working for him and he has been hiring and firing all day. He said that he would get the rest of our food to us quick. 20 minutes later it was here(not bad). When the manager that is «hiring and firing» all of these dumbass kids is still having the problem with his staff, he needs to look at himself or maybe the owner needs to look at him. Also, never got my Ceasar!

The delivery service is bad. My order is almost always wrong and I am charged incorrectly. Receipt never shows me what I am actually paying for. The food itself is great. Pizza is OK. Expensive for super small slices. I am from Jersey(25 years) and I have never seen a small pizza literally mean SMALL slices… just usually equates to the number of slices. Service in house is good, people are friendly.

Best meatball sub ever!!! I’ve ordered Joe’s through GrubHub twice now. Delivery was prompt and the food was hot and delicious.

Go ahead and order a slice of pepperoni… Their idea of making pepperoni by the slice is by grabbing a slice of plain cheese that has been hanging out under the heatlamps, sprinkling pepperoni on it, then reheating it in the oven. Long story short, when I asked them if they were seriously doing that, they said, «Yeah, we do it both ways». Lol, gtfo. I refunded that stat.

I like the food, but everytime I order delivery my order comes incomplete. The cokes are forgotten or the ranch for the wings is missing. Tonight I have had it. Delivery took an hour which is normal, but my Pizza arrived at room temperature. You shouldn’t have to microwave your delivery when it arrives. I think I’m done with this restaurant.

We had our soccer pizza party here and it was great! Pizza was sooooo good! And house dressing super delish! But the best part was the service; everybody there was extremely nice and helpful! My first time in today but we will be back!

I have driven by this place many of times not giving it a second look. I finally gave in and went inside. To my surprise, I was impressed all the way around. I didn’t know why I didnt walk into this place a few years ago. The gentleman that served me was very nice, he said he was from new jersey. How could this be? I work with those guys all the time, there was no way he could convince me «Fin» otherwise. Anyways, the beer was cold, service was great, the the food was a bomb. I have been back a few times and was impressed every time. This is not a hit or miss place. I love my food spicy and this is exactly what I was looking for. I would recommend this place to everyone!

It’s cheap, it’s good! It’s a no frills kind of NY pizza joint. Service is good, food is great, and it’s cheap!

First. I rarely write reviews, but with such terrible service and such a rude response from Gilly the manager and owner in regards to a missing salad from our delivery order… I simple couldn’t just let it go … First the lie that the delivery driver forgot it in the car and that he would be «right back», only to have 30 mins pass before they finally show up. Needless to say dinner was over and we had already found something else to eat. I would suggest ordering from some place else.

I keep trying, because who doesn’t like to order pizza and wings on a chilly, football kind of night. And yet another disappointment. After an hour delivery wait, the order shows up wrong. I’ve given this place so many strikes. I’d love a great pizza delivery option, but sadly, Joes isn’t it. Service was fine tonight, but lousy several times before. Just order from Luigi’s, as I’ll do from now on. They do pizza right. And as I’ve painfully realized, well worth the ride.

Don’t try and use 2−5pm 50% coupon for delivery, although coupon clearly states«dine in or free delivery(min purchase of $ 10)» on coupon. When I called to confirm the 6 dishes I was planning to order I was told«it’s only for pick up» when I stated that it doesn’t say that I got«hmmm don’t know why, it’s supposed to say pick up only.» Could have easily made an exception, because it’s fall advertising but instead they just lost a customer and didn’t seem to care!

It’s too bad I can’t give this place zero stars! Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! If you like to wait two hours and 15 minutes for your pizza then this is the place for you. The pizza is average at best. When you call it will take 7 to 10 tries before someone will answer the phone. When you ask them how much longer the wait will be they will lie and say the pizza is already out the door when in fact it is not. The pizza arrived cold which could be due to the delivery guy not being in a rush or they simply don’t care. The price is not that good do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else. One last advice is never order off their website. it is awful.

We’ve been eating here sporadically over the years and have started and stopped because of the overall customer experience. Truly atrocious. First, the pizza is average, but better than the more traditional fast delivery options. It isn’t traditional NY pizza, so don’t expect it to be when you order it. We really want to like this place, but we’ve given up. When we first started ordering from Joe’s we would order delivery until we realized after the 3rd time that they are not capable of delivering a pizza in less than an hour and a half let alone more than slightly warm. We then decided to start ordering pickup. The first time we ordered it took longer than they said it would yet not an obnoxious amount. The next couple time were a different story taking nearly 50 minutes to an hour plus. Regardless of whether it was pickup or delivery there was always a «we’re busy» excuse from the staff without any type of apology. After a year’s hiatus, we decided to try it again. We ordered online from their third party managed site, which was definitely easy until I got there and there was an extra pizza as part of our order. It was listed in the order and the staffer(think it was the owner) showed it to me. After saying I didn’t order it and it was a mistake, the guy decided to argue with me about it instead of dealing with it and moving on. After I told him I wouldn’t pay for it, he turned and threw the pizza across the kitchen on to the oven. Class act. He continued to argue with me while he punched in the order until I told him I was fine not paying for any of it if this is how he treats customers. That’s when he brought it down a small notch. Stay away from this place, the pizza isn’t good enough to deal with such poor customer service and delayed orders.

Tried it for a school fundraiser and all 5 of us loved it. Stopped in for a beer and a slice a few days later and was even better. Ordered in for the Cowgirls game last night with friends and they all loved it too.(And the 3 visits were all within 1 week!) The house salad dressing is unique. The cheese, crust and sauce are delicious.
