So not only are these people a bunch of losers they’ve decided to call my husband and tell him that they refuse to come and take my lights down even though I’ve paid them for that service. Just GROW A PAIR and finish the job. You had ONE job and that was to install and remove my lights and that seems to be difficult to do. However yall had no problem cashing my check for a service including removal. Yall don’t have to deal with me but you will give me my money back one way or another!

STOP stop before considering holly jolly lighting. This has been the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. This is my third year using them, the first two years was excellent in fact the service was so good I referred about 10 people to them. This year it was a complete nightmare. After paying close to $ 600, I could get them to come back out and fix my lights and wreaths. Both have fallen off the house the same day they were installed. I wish I could attach pictures. Don’t reuse them if a current customer. If you have any problems, you are just out of luck. Two of my referrals have also experienced some issues with them. One star is too high but the system would not allow 0 stars.
