History

Established in 2007.

Minnesota Building Inspections was created in 2007 performing Commercial and Home Real Estate Buyer’s inspections in the Twin Cities and east Central Minnesota Area. We are located in Little Canada, MN. Current certification, education, and membership is with International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNachi). Victoria has served on the Board of Director’s for ECM Habitat for Humanity.

Previous experience includes 1000+ combination Municipal Building inspections for both the Cities of North Branch, MN and Coon Rapids MN. Victoria started her construction career working for several home builders through-​out Texas. Eventually she became a framing foreman for both Apartment building, and Town-​home projects.

Victoria has raised two son’s, both of which are working towards Real Estate Inspection Certification’s and are often seen moving ladders, and learning about electrical panels at the inspection site. Chris is also an IT specialist, and handles MBI’s website developm
