History

Established in 2008.

Dr. Nickens established Smile Designs of Lititz in 2008 to provide optimum dental care in a way that addresses patients dental and oral health as well as their fear of the dentist. The practice has grown into an established member of the Lancaster County dental community and is looking forward to serving patient needs for years to come.

Dr. Nickens graduated from Temple University School of Dentistry in 2003 and attended a hospital residency program at Lehigh Valley Hospital in 2004. He currently resides in Lititz with his wife Karie and daughter Norah.
