In my previous review, I can’t and still couldn’t pat these guys on the back enough for being quick, knowledgeable, thorough, and pleasant. That aside, now that the first step of clean up is done and it’s time to move forward, they’ve lost my vote and confidence big time! We called to schedule them to come give us an estimate and plan ahead the 4 to 6 weeks they told us it’d probably be before they could begin actual demo and rebuild. To our disappointment and shock, Chris basically told us they’re just not interested in doing the work. We’re looking at 10k plus in work for them to fix this, and they basically don’t want to be bothered to fix it. So they’re good taking the insurance companies money to mitigate the actual water damage that was caused but not good enough to fix and resolve it back to the way it is supposed to be. I understand that they’re busy, and we didn’t mind waiting to be put on the books for the work to be done, but to deny the job because they can’t take every job they get called about is just downright ridiculous. Left a very very aweful taste in our mouths.
