Specialties

Mick’s is a full service pub with a great bar atmosphere and fantastic food. Our menu focuses on appetizers and sandwiches and great beers. We also have entrees, salads, wine, and spirits to ensure we can make everyone in your group happy. Our focus is on our food and service and creating a local pub feel. There are plenty of televisions to catch games but we are not a sports bar. Our kids menu is quite unique. All items are sold individually unlike restaurants that try to package a $ 7.99 «kids meal» that usually goes half uneaten.

History

Established in 2014.

This is our third location and are excited to bring Mick’s to the Lititz area. We opened the first Mick’s All American Pub in Mount Joy in 2008. We loved the atmosphere and the family we gained, my wife and I decided to keep sharing our love for food, drinks and friends in Lancaster and now in Lititz.

I’m reminded we we’ve stopped coming here. The food is usually good. Usually it’s warm (rarely hot). But the kitchen is SLOW. Expect LONG waits for food. Today, we’ve been waiting 35 minutes so far. Ugh.

Lynn was our waitress today 12÷20÷15 and we were headed to see star wars she could be more sensitive to that. She did not push us out but gave us our check so we could pay and leave so we could go in get in line for the movie. Our food was brought out in a timely manner and it was hot. Everything was good and service was great.

First time and out of town visit. Great food and price, excellent service (Kyle). We ordered a Cuban Grilled Cheese, Chicken Wrap and Tenders (for the wee one). All orders came up quick and hot. We opted for the hand cut fries and they were also great — salt and pepper to taste.
The whole place is very clean.

Shortly after moving to Lititz, some friends and I decided to go here for dinner before a movie. Around 3 in the afternoon, we walked into the bar and seated ourselves. After staring at the taps for about 5 minutes, the bartender finally came over and asked us if we would like a drink. Normally, when people are staring at beer taps, that means they are probably thirsty for a beer. After taking our orders, she brought back beers, but no menu. Not great service. We finally ended up getting menus… and the food was mediocre at best. Probably wouldnt go back.

First off the decent points of this place.
1. Pretty good beer selection.
2. Good amount of TV’s to watch games.
3.Happy staff for the most part. Know their stuff and friendly conversations as I sat there.
Unfortunately now for the bad.
Food. Mediocre at best. I ordered the bean burger and we’ll it came out lacking much flavor even though I was told it was «spicy». Also came out a tad burnt. But it’s ok I get it. Those are a bit difficult to cook. Fresh cut fries? Lacking any sort of flavor except the oil it was cooked in. Needless to say I used an extreme amount of salt just to get any taste. But then again not everyone’s palate is the same.
Wait time for above menchend food. Wow. For a black bean burger and fries it was a tad long and it wasn’t that busy. But I get it again there may be prep work going on and to go orders.
Overall suggestion go somewhere else unless you are headed into the movies and other local spots are full.

Food is just ok for the price. Nothing to write home about. For how empty the restaurant was the service was slow. Got a roast beef sandwich with a side of French onion soup – the soup was half breadcrumbs. This would be a good place to take a group of younger children for French fries and chicken fingers before a movie.

First time visit, fast seating, fast service, beautiful waitresses, and the food. Had Slamming Salmon, was warned it was spicy, but did not know it was swimming in hot peppers! If they toned down the spice it would of been great. Mixed in with angel pasta was a great mix. Great atmosphere, flat screens everywhere! Will definitely be back!

I have tried Mick’s twice and been disappointed both visits. Service is VERY SLOW. Ordered a salad which sounded great in the menu description– unfortunately that was the best part about it. Gave them another try, and on the second visit I thought I’d go with a safer choice and ordered a cheeseburger. It was solidly mediocre.
I do have to say our table ordered an appetizer of loaded fries which were really great!

This place has no atmosphere, and the food is bland. We tried this restaurant because it is next door to the movie theater. Nope. It’s worth the drive to another place.

I have really tried time and time again to like this place, but I can’t. The only good thing I have had there are the amber wings. Ordered salads before, and they are blah. Chicken is always cold on them which is gross to me. French onion soup has little to no flavor. Meatloaf is way to salty. Service is usually slow (depending on the waitress). Atmosphere feels like you are sitting in a Iobby. It’s definitely not a place I chose to go to, so usually it is only to meet friends and I just bear with it.

Slow slow slow… Food is ok. Prices are fair, but my god the service is slow. It’s not even bad service most of the time it’s just God awful slow. You would think a restaurant at a movie theater would cater to those getting a pre movie meal and turn over tables like lightning. Never tricking myself into going back.

This is a good place to go to grab a drink or two before a movie. But I’ve never had good food here. The buffalo chicken wrap was a disappointment — just seemed like they slapped hot sauce on some old chicken strips and threw it on a wrap with some lettuce. Best to stick with the pub mix they put on the bar for free.

AMAZING food/​atmosphere!!! Was seated right away but it was pretty busy. Drinks were delivered within 10 minutes of getting here. Food order take and delivered within a 25minute period! Drinks refilled constantly never asked. Food came out hot and delicious! App nachos were so huge that a group of six could eat it and still have left overs! Ordered fish and chips, fish was cod and it was okay a little bitter and fries they say are fresh cut but they are most definitely frozen! Tartar sauce was okay. Husband ordered steak and cheese sub tasted pretty good! Fries same review!

Came for a weekend lunch food was prepared how I liked it. Had the ¼ rack ribs for $ 5.99 (special) didn’t think for that price any side would be provided but it came with real FF and some very good coldslaw. My wife had the medium hot wings and they were good too. The onion soup was also good. Service was excellent but the crowd was light. Great food great value.

Mick’s is a choice of convenience. We like going to the movies and there decision to build inside the Penn IMAX was smart business. Always busy considering the location. Design is a bit tight especially near the door or sitting at a two person high top against the wall. We have had good service each time. Food is «good». Nothing earth shattering, but that is not the aim. Go for a burger, sandwich, wings and beer before a movie and I believe you will be satisfied. Beer selection is good. I imagine we will continue to use this as a good pre-​movie choice for us.

Their amber wings are the best in the area by far, but the quality of the food is really inconsistent when it comes to everything else. We love the spinach dip but it’s different every time we go!
The service is frequently slow, but friendly.
Their kids menu is super cheap and great. The kids order very affordable options a la carte.
The other reviewer was correct in saying that the layout of the restaurant is weird. And I swear, if they try to seat me at those terrible tables near the door past the host station again…
Mick’s is worth a shot. And definitely order the wings.
