Ms. Terry-​Washington currently has a consulting business, RTW Xxact Enterprises, LLC specializing in the Accounting, Finance and Tax areas. Ms. Terry-​Washington has worked in Controllership positions for the past 10 to 15 years with a combined 25+ years of professional experience.

She worked as Treasurer/​Controller for nsoro Mastec, LLC and was part of the executive team who took the company from private to public. She was Controller of North America Operations for Première Global Services upon her arrival to the Atlanta area from Cleveland, Ohio. Her branding or specialty is in restructuring operations, reengineering processes, technical accounting research and application, including revenue recognition, project management and talent development.
