I absolutely love Marshalls because you can always find a bargain and they have great deals and steals I just thought I’d add that… lol
The customer service is ok it could be better with a few people for the overall experience I really enjoyed this Marshalls it was my first time here.

Shopping here for me is to chaotic. You may find a bargain, but you have to FIND it. And I don’t think shopping should take this much effort

The DM was very apologetic and promised to take care of the situation. She offered to send me a gift card which I have received. I feel a little better about the situation. I’m not sure if I will return to that particular Marshall’s though. I need more time to get over the bad feelings. In the meantime, I will stick with Marshall’s near my place of residence and employment.

I’ve been here a few times and they barely ever have anything good! The clothes are usually very unorganized and everything is picked over. Staff service is average to say the least.

I’m not impressed with this Marshalls location. I can i never find anything good here. I prefer the Perimeter mall and Buckhead locations.

This is the best Marshall’s i’ve ever been in.
You have to love Marshalls, I mean besides K-​Mart, they are the only stores that still have lay-​a-​way.
Neat store, always well organzied… and my cousin (who u can never please) found a pair of Skinny Leg 7 Jeans in her size (14) for $ 30. How in the hell can you beat that. Whoever can afford to pay up to $ 170 for jeans in these days, then more power to you, but if I can pay $ 30 and leave an extra $ 140 in my pocket… then I’m all for pocket change.
This Marshall’s is a ways out in the Lithonia area for me (I live near the airport), but its so much better than the ones here in the inner-​city where I never find anything in my size and the stores are just trashed.
Yes, I will be taking the almost 45 minute commute to this Marshalls in the future.
