Went to the hostess pointed out a baby seat and two ppl and she took us to the table without a high chair or even asked if I need a high chair. Plus it wasn’t a booth either so I think she expected me to just put my baby on the floor. Then the waiter was polite but it took literally 18 minutes for some drinks, 18 minutes. Lol wtf. It was a Sunday but idc. Management should either hire more ppl or call in ppl for a Sunday morning. Worst ihop experience ever.

Walked into the ihop on Panola and was greeted by an awful wet/urine smell. Was seated and order a splash berry while my mom order water. We thought it was just a passing smell and figure we can mussel through it. When the waiter got back my mother ask if the carpets was just cleaned. He stated no, and she then ask if he smelled the bad odor. The waiter replayed no, we looked at each other and knew we could not enjoy our meal. We ask for the splash berry to go and payed. There is a problem if you can not recognize the awful smell and no solution to the problem. This will be my first and last time visiting that particular ihop.

The food was good it the restaurant is below standards. The restaurant had a bad paint job were the wall had paint from the trim. The ceiling tiles were dirty and the bathroom was disgusting! I didn’t allow my kids to use the bathroom.

WORSTIHOPEVER!!! I’ll NEVER eat here again!!! We waited about 30 minutes to be seated. Once seated my teenager and my baby’s drinks were mixed up and the waiter tried to say my daughter couldn’t get a refill although she was given a cup for a baby. After reminding him that he gave her more. Then once we ordered we waited almost an hour for our food. People that were seated after us were eating and we were still waiting!!! Once we got our food it did not come together AND we had NO silverware. We had to hunt down another waiter to get silverware to eat our now lukewarm food! After we were almost finished eating the rest of our order came out! We waited to talk to the manager but so many other people were complaining I did a complaint online that was followed up with a blank email and I had to call the 800 number almost 3 weeks later to let them know no one followed up! WILLNOTBERETURNING… EVER!!!

Came here on the date of 4÷2÷15 and was served by a gentlemen named«Ibssa». Absolutely professional, did not have to write on paper and had me and my wife’s order brought out to us perfect. I am a server myself so my critique button was up, like always. Big up to this man he stands for what all ihop should be like with service. Food — ordered the country fried steak and eggs that included 2 heaping pancakes. Meal was so big I couldn’t make it to the pancakes so those went in the togo box. Come here on an appetite my friends. My wife had the Pigs in Blanket(rolled pancake stuffed with sausage) and that was delicious as well. This location could use a bit of cleaning, the front entrance area was a bit filthy, I saw a few flys buzzing around and had a weird smell lurking in the air. Not only that some guy decided to take nap in the waiting to be seated area and charge his phone. Not so welcoming when you enter, not professional at all. All the servers here were very polite and pro welcoming may I add. No problems here. You had one ihop you had em everywhere. I’m the middle at 3 stars, points off for the sleeping guy and the cleansiness.

I’ve been to this Ihop several times, the service varies depending on the server and therefore I gave it 3⁄5. The food is pretty good but the service is SLOOOOOW. Hopefully you’re in good company and have time to spare off peak hours you will be waiting about 45 minutes for breakfast items. If ordering take out call far in advance(at least 30 mins ahead).

Poor service. No silverware on my table. None was given to me when my meal came. Many workers seemed like they did not want to be there. A table next to me waited a whole hour to get their meal and the place was not crowded. My meal came before their’s did. It was luke warm and they were skimpy with the eggs. Didn’t take time to check out the rest of the place. Will not be going back.

Service was good but French toast had a bug in it and when I complained they acted like it was an issue

Given past experiences here at IHOP, I must say this one was better overall. The facility was clean, and the particular waitress we had(Ayanna) was very personable and courteous. She was a great and kept us laughing the entire time! As for the food, I ordered a Colorado Omelette without green peppers and onions, plus a lemonade(which is without pulp) and they got the order correct! The omelette was very good, and I definitely will get it when I visit an IHOP in the future. Again, the overall experience was very good. Despite the New Year’s Day traffic, our wait time was only about 15 minutes, and they were able to serve us quickly and efficiently!

I had not been to a IHOP in over a year but I had the taste for their chicken fajita omelet. We got lucky by getting Theodore as our server. He was extremely attentive and kind. Our food came out hot and was quite tasty. When I get another urge for the chicken fajita omelet, I will definitely consider returning to this location.

Don’t bother. My first visit here my father ordered steak and eggs. Ten or fifteen mints later our waitress informed us that they were out of steak. They always seem to be under staffed, as evidenced by the long wait time to be seated and served. The pancakes and hash browns are chewy and the fruit is hard, overly ripe, or under ripe. Lastly, don’t bother with the birthday emails unless you have a printer to print the coupon for the free pancakes.

I don’t know how to begin to describe how badly the service was in this IHOP. I took my girlfriend for a meal just the other day around 9:30 pm and was surprised to see that there had only been no more than 10 other patrons, but that was the end of our good fortune. We waited to be seated which wasn’t long but the hostess wasn’t there to greet us. We put in our drink orders and received them quickly but it took almost 10 minutes for the waitress to take our orders. I order Double Blueberry pancakes and my girlfriend order 3 eggs and pancakes. My order didn’t take that much time to come but we waited almost 20 minutes more for her meal come. Never mind that we had to hear the employees complain about all types of stuff customers shouldn’t have to hear and the waitress never once offer refills on our drinks until my girlfriend called her over to do so which was oddly followed by her bringing the check to the table and her telling us she wasn’t rushing us. I was done after that so we paid the check and left. This place was clean and I noticed an 87 score but the service was certainly not a factor in that. Stay away.

havent been to an IHOP in over 10 years I’m sure. Went today to meet one of my internet hook-ups that works in the area. This has got to be the cleanest IHOP in the entire Atlanta region. I mean event the staff didnt look like the cracked out staff that I remember from back in the day on Ponce de Leon. Service was quick and the place is quite spacious. Which turned out to be a good thing, since he confessed to being married, and saying that why he works out that way, so he doesnt have to run into someone that knows his wife. SHEESH! N-E-WAYZ the service was fast, friendly and just as I ordered it. The waitress was attentive without being intrusive and everyone wished us a good day after we left. So glad to see that IHOP now also offers a healthy alternative to breakfast. I had a veg omlet w/egg substitues, turkey bacon and a fruit cup… compared to his 3 eggs w/pancakes and bacon, more than half which he left on his plate.
