All three of these stars are for the chicken filet biscuit. When paired with grape jelly it is amazing! Food has come hot both times I had it. My most recent visit I decided to take a chance and buy a chicken wing thinking it must be good! Big disappointment. The chicken is SO hard it hurt my gum when I bit it. I got a wing. Like, how do you mess up a WIng? They leave that chicken in the flour or premade batter way to long and it frys way too crispy! Popeyes it is! Also. this place moves slow so if you are in the drive thru or takeout forget«fast food».

I m so in love with there home made biscuits with steak add cheese please. One of my favorite menu items. Do you know they actually serve real sausage(pan sausage round ones). For the price skip the kitchen and head to Bo. Service is prompt never waiting for long or disappointed with product.

My review on this will not be long… This is just a typical chicken place like Popeye’s or Churches… I haven’t anything extraordinary about this place nor the polar opposite. Every restaurant has something special to it. I would say that this one serves breakfast all day and they have these blueberry biscuits… they were really really good. They taste almost like a blueberry muffin, but it’s a biscuit. Buttery, sweet, blueberry, crumble(they were not hard, not doughy, not dry, not burned), they were really good. As far the chicken, a little on the bland side. I prefer Lee’s Famous recipe in Indiana… spicy and original… That is a place you have to try. This place was literally ok. it wasn’t horrible, nor was it anything to boast(outside of the blueberry biscuits). That was it. And they put icing on the biscuits by request.

They had long line so I send my 9 year old son in to get what he wants, & they charged $ 2:13 for 1 biscuit? Really?

Friendly workers, nice new building, food is good. Prices are stupid. Why does a 3 piece with two sides cost a most 10.00 but does not come with a drink? Come on Bojangles you can do better. Maybe this is why sales have dropped since opening.

I have to give this place 2 stars at best. This Bojangles location is going down and declining fast. This location opened a little over a year ago and the excitement was full throttle, parking lot packed, long lines, and hot chicken always. I know when a new franchise of most food franchises opens, they usually have a new franchise management team that helps make the franchise look good at start up, that’s why I didn’t review it right away, everything was great at opening. I’ve eaten here several times since the newness has died down, and the quality has slowly declined into a fast subpar quality food. Today is 10/11/2015 on Sunday and you expect chicken at its best on Sunday after church. I grabbed the tailgate box of chicken and was excited about enjoying it while watching the now 4 – 0 Falcons. I was highly disappointed for the 3rd time in a row after getting another unsatisfactory product. Chicken was cold and the texture was very dry, no juice in it. I don’t know if they refried Saturday nights batch or what, but it was totally not the chicken I expect from Bojangles, it was more like chicken from a rural route gas station that’s been sitting all day. The Cajun pintos were on point and biscuits were great, that’s why I gave them 2 stars. In my opinion, either bad management has taken over, or management has no control over their workers producing bad quality food. In other words, it’s like the patients have took over and are now running the hospital. Management needs to take this location back and turn out quality product like when they first opened. If you don’t see a crowd here, and the parking lot is empty, My advice is to keep it moving, you may be disappointed. By the way, I let my dog finish the chicken in that tailgate box, he’s not as picky.

If you’re customer service oriented and expect them to get your order right the first time-forget it. Food overcooked just like the employees attitudes. I’m sure their food cost is high cause they won’t prepare your order correct the first time but they’ll remake it. Manager/owner just looks at you. Head on to Conyers for better prepared food and a more pleasant experience. These folks cannot understand simple instructions! Beware: these lil employees will blatantly get an attitude with YOU because THEY didn’t listen!!! Who does that???

I will never, ever go to this place again, the chicken strips was very hard and warm, notvhot and the fries taste like nothing but air(where is the potatoes inside the skin of the fries, really?)made me made and on top of that, after I ate the junk, I had the

Work sent me to GA for work and I randomly drove by and stumbled in. Great service and great chicken tenderloins. Walked in and the staff greeted me immediately. Brought my order to my table and also came back to take my empty tray as I write this. I can’t compare this to any other chicken around the area because I’m here for such a short time but what I had(chicken tenderloins) was amazing.

Stopped by this place on a road trip and didn’t want to go to a typical«fast food» joint. Bojangles is the cleanest fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to! There were fresh flowers at each table and the chicken was cooked perfect! When you think of how fried chicken should taste, this place is it. The best part was that we had a great time! The staff were extremely friendly and even sang happy birthday to a customer! Will be back!

So glad this North Carolina chain has come to Atlanta. Imo their fried chicken and biscuits are by far the best available from a restaurant, and their tea is incredibly delicious.

I’ve been to this location twice since it opened and I have been pleased with my food on both occasions. As a word to the wise, when you come here bring you patience because usually they have quite a line. There’s been major buzz and excitement around the restaurant, I guess since we don’t have many in GA. The 2 times I went, I was able to get through the drive thru in and out in a little less than 10 minutes which is not terrible considering that the line is usually so long. I’ve had the sausage biscuit, the bacon, egg and cheese biscuit and the sweet potato pie so far. The biscuits are really flaky, buttery and delicious! I really have no complaints about them. They keep me wanting more so what more could I ask for. I had to throw some jelly on my sausage biscuit because it needed little bit more to it since all it is, is a sausage sandwiched in a biscuit like the name says! It’s 2 for $ 2.99 though. For those that enjoy sweet tea, it was .99 when I went. I don’t drink that stuff so I can’t tell you how it tastes(I’m from NY so I prefer the powdered iced tea from Pathmark. What you know about that?!). The Sweet potato pie has changed my life both times I tried it. It is so deliciously warm, flavor and mmm mmmm good. I definitely recommend that you try it if you go. Overall, really like the food here and I will continue to go. Also, the service isn’t bad either. Check them out!

Ridiculously long wait in the drive thru. 25 minutes waiting in drive thru and when I finally got my food, my order was wrong. Didn’t bother to take my food inside to get it corrected. Didn’t have time to wait another 25 minutes. Food was just okay. First time here = last time here.

They finally got this joint open! Looks nice on the outside, it’s huge! I paid them a visit on their 5th day in business. As you may know, there aren’t many Bojangle’s in Atlanta and this is, I think, their second attempt to penetrate the market here. It’s safe to say though that a lot of people have been anticipating the grand opening of this location. Including yours truly! I swear, there had to be like 15 cars in the drive thru when I arrived around 4pm. So I decided to go inside. The inside was no better, about 30 people in line! I had time so I waited and talked with other customers in the line, which happened to be moving fast. They probably had ALLHANDSONDECK in the back because there had to be 20 employees working. I finally made it to the register and ordered a 3pc mixed with dirty rice and green beans for sides. I gotta say, my order came out quick, and everything was fresh and hot, but the taste of the chicken… left a lot to be desired. To me, it was bland. The skin was crispy and flaking off all over the place. The actual pieces were a good size. It just didn’t seem seasoned enough. Reminded me of the taste of Church’s without all the grease and fatty patches. The sides on the other hand, were bursting with flavor and seasoning! Probably the best in the biz, of the popular chicken joints that is. The dirty rice was bomb! The green beans were awesome! The biscuit… just blah. So both the chicken and the biscuits, which they are supposed to be famous for… was nothing special to me. Oh the sweet tea was BANGIN’ too! I would recommend however, that you check your order before leaving or pulling off because it seems someone there doesn’t know their chicken pieces. I asked for a breast, a thigh, and a wing. I got 2 thighs and a wing in the box! They happily made the correction, but as I was eating, I overheard someone else complaining that their pieces were wrong as well. So here’s my fried chicken pecking order: Ms. Winners, Publix Deli, KFC, Popeyes, Bojangle’s, then Church’s!
