The good optometrist left the lady who replaced her is terrible Every time I get an eye exam they want to increase my prescription which I hate I saw 2020 with the prescription I had and she insisted I needed contacts for astigmatism which are super expensive and blur your boxing if you turn your head sharply she refused to trial the prescription with a set of lenses so I could see if it would work I stormed out and went to another optometrist who gave me a way weaker astigmatism rx got me 2015 in both eyes and trial framed it he also let me keep my contact rx

The prices were as advertised, but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. It was my first time ever getting contacts, I was supposed to be given«a lesson» on how to put the contacts in and how to care for my lenses, that did not happen. Instead the contacts were put in a bag and I was sent on my way. I purchased the vision club membership before I arrived, and although I had purchased the membership it took three different people and them calling customer service before they could see my membership in the system. The best thing about them is that all in all they appointment went by fairly quickly.

Went here for an eye check up on Wednesday. Staff was friendly, prices were as advertised & overall we were pretty happy with our experience. I needed a new contact script, so I fitted for them, but need a follow up before dr will give me the script. Manufacturer of my brand doesn’t do samples, so had to order box of mine & my follow up appointments are included in the initial cost.

I go to America’s Best because you can not beet the price. However, this one does not have the best customer services. The doctors are great and informative overall, but they are often so busy you are on hold for long periods and the staff is often short as if they have better things to do. Please do not walk in with just a question or just to order contacts. You will never be seen. They also do not send out information or call regarding when your perscribtion or mmebreship expires. If you are looking for a more personable place look elsewhere. Yet, if you want a place that is affortable great. I have not always had the same exsperience with other America’s Best.
