All I can tell you about this location is that the service is fast and friendly. I went through the drive-thru. I don’t know about the taste of the food because I bought the food for my husband. The medium Frisco Burger combo was a little pricey in my opinion($ 8.00). I guess the food was good. My husband had no complaints:)

I love this place for breakfast! the staff is always friendly and the food is well prepared. The prices are fair and the food quality is great. I recommend this location if you want a great breakfast. 5⁄5

Each time I’ve come here I’ve gotten hot, fresh food. I don’t like the turkey burger with mushrooms on it. It literally made me gag. The regular turkey burger is just okay, needs mustard or something but it is a healthy choice. I had their grilled cod fish sandwich when it was available and it was divine! I wish it were still available. What I thought was neat about this location was the fact that they had a credit card swiper outside of the window so the cardholder could swipe their own card without fear of someone stealing their cc number. But then what about those people that install those skimmers on cc devices? Yeah maybe that neat thing is a 50⁄50 good-bad thing. #Yelp100

I went to Hardee’s at 940 Thornton Rd, Lithia Springs, GA30122 on or around 12-18-2011. We ordered breakfast sandwiches at the drive thru window. Once we left and started eating I noticed that we were eating raw dough and meat. I called back to complain and spoke with Sheila(mgr on that shift) and she apologized and asked us to come back to get them replaced. I declined based on the current situation. Later on, my family and I(4 year old son, 1 year old daughter and fiancé’) became very ill. We all had to go to the emergency room for severe vomiting, diarrhea and high fevers. I made the claims on the following Monday not expecting anything to come from it but to let them know what they caused. The corporate office called their insurance company. Debra(claims adjuster with Traveler’s) called and from the start she had a biased attitude. She was very unprofessional and basically unconcerned. She stated that it had to be investigated. 5 months later its still being investigated. Today she calls and states that they denied the claim because the ER didn’t do a stool test on us so we can’t prove that their client is negligent. Now, we have hospital bills in collections. I have found about 3 different employees(former and current) willing to admit that that’s what they do. To testify that this Hardees serves half cooked food all the time, that their cooking and serving environment is unsanitary and YES, I now have pictures showing some pretty disgusting hazards.

We had a great experience here! There was a time lapse between ordering and having our food come out, but the manager delivered it to us so nicely. The food was good,(burger a bit salty, but it was a once in awhile thing), and the fries(which we didn’t order) were perfectly cooked. The place was FREEZING, and I am NEVER cold. My son had to step outside to warm up! I guess we had a different crew than Barry W. because all of the people who helped us were happy to do so. Different shift perhaps? We will come back here again.

Good burgers and hot thin, crispy french fries. They also have Diet Dr. Pepper(my favorite.) I had the Original Thickburger. The ingredients were mostly fresh and crisp. The meat was well cooked, but the bun was a little soggy. Their rating would be higher, but the dining room needed attention. I arrived just before noon. Most of the tables needed to be wiped down, and I noticed that several of the napkin dispensers on the tables were empty.
