I simply called to see if this location took emergency walkins… Although they don’t, Evan, the front office specialist went above and beyond the customer service call of duty, by taking the time to refer me elsewhere, confirm she had the right number and provided the needed details. Evan said if I had a problem getting in, call her back and she’d ask the doctor to reach out to the referred facility herself. Just AWESOME!!!
