We worked with Janet Pagano. She is fantastic. Janet knows the Naperville/​Lisle and surrounding areas very well. We moved to Naperville from Chicago so that was incredibly helpful for us. My wife and I would drive out from Chicago to Naperville with a toddler on the weekends to look at houses. Janet would preview the houses first to make sure she thought they might be a good fit for us. This made the process that much easier and efficient for us. Lastly, when we found the house we wanted, we found ourselves in a competitive situation. Janet advocated on our behalf, and we were very happy with the outcome. Most importantly, not only is Janet good at what she does as a realtor, she if nice, caring, and easy to work with. Thank you Janet for helping us find our home!

Joanne Rancich was wonderful to work with. We looked at so many houses, and she was so gracious and patient with us throughout the entire process. She was very very flexible and hardly ever turned us down when we suggested a time to see a home. In the end, we ended up in a wonderful home in Naperville that we absolutely love.
We were first time home buyers and Joanne was very knowledgeable about many things including inspections, financing, etc. She was also knowledgeable when it comes to the age of a furnace, AC units, etc. By knowing this, we could know what to expect from a home we were putting an offer in on. I would definitely recommend Joanne to anyone looking for a new home!

My husband and I bought our first home in December and were exceptionally pleased with Joanne Rancich work.
As first time buyers we worked with many different real estate agents, in hope of finding someone who is knowledgeable and available to meet our needs. Luckily a family member recommended Joanne that turns out to be our best decision ever. She was very flexible to show us the properties according to our schedule, filed our bids right away even if she had to stay late nights. Joanne was extremely patient in answering all our questions and doing research for her. Joanne’s knowledge and experience around homes, the housing market and the various stages of the home buying process was impressive and ended up helping us immensely.
Joanne was fantastic in all our quick responses and getting us set up to find lawyer, inspector and plumber whatever needed.
All in all extremely happy with her service! She is not only kind, non-​pressuring, knowledgeable, on top of her game. What more could you want from your realtor!

After my first discussion with Leslie, I had a confident feeling that she would give 110% of her time and effort to ensure that I would find my perfect condo and that there would be no hiccups in the finance process. Leslie did an amazing job of asking what I was seeking, clearly defined the expectations, and explained what was required from beginning until end. I felt like she was on my side the entire process and she did everything in her power to ensure that the deal was a great success.
Leslie helped me close on my condo in 35 days. I didn’t think that was even possible to today’s environment. She worked extremely well with the bank, the seller’s realtor, and both lawyers. Leslie was on top of the process from beginning until end. Any time I called Leslie she was always available or would return my calls in less than one day. She is always available on email and responds right away. I know that my deal closed so quickly and successfully because of Leslie. Her communication was frequent, and weekly status updates reduced my stress and anxiety.
