I was in the area and had a deposit to make that I wasn’t about to send in mail(see my reviews of the USPS). Seriously, after finding my way to the building and figuring out where to park I finally made it into this location’s office. Nice office overall — quiet like the other MS office I had been in once before. I told the greeter the reason for my visit and she directed me to another window where another nice individual was happy to help me assist me with my transaction. When I approached the window to make my deposit I mentioned to her that some of the information on my account had change since the check was issued and explained there should be notes in the system regarding the change so I didn’t have trouble with this particular matter. She wasn’t able to find anything but gave me a receipt(that looked like the kind of receipt you’d get from a bank — unlike my last in-branch deposit at another MS branch) and date/time stamped it so «if» there were any problems I would have confirmation of the transaction. I appreciate her extra effort and all done with a smile. All in all, I would definitely go back to this MS office without hesitation to conduct business.

I’ve been to this branch office of the financial behemoth twice — once with my Mom to sign over some stock certificates, and again recently to make a deposit that I wasn’t comfortable sticking in the mail. The offices are nice and the greeter is warm, however it’s clear that they don’t do much personal banking here. While the wait was short to have someone handle the technicalities, they did need to call someone up to come help me. I will say that getting into the parking lot is a pain in the ass due to road construction, and suggest that you turn in via the southeast entrance if possible to avoid mind-numbing delays.
