The suburbs newest apartment community, Avant at the Arboretum is a mid-​rise luxury apartment community in Lisle, IL offering one and two bedroom apartment homes. Meet the Manager

Justin P.

Manager

As a property manager Justin has taken on the role of CEO of each of the assets he has overseen. His strengths include outreach marketing to local businesses as well as large area employers, social media and reputation monitoring/​implementation, staff management, resident relations, and financial reporting.

Justin graduated from Carthage College with a degree in Marketing and Accounting. He is a member of the National Apartment Association (NAA) through which he was presented the Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation. Justin is also a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and received the Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) designation.
