Minnesota residential building contractor licensed Madsen Concrete Services LLC established in 2007 is owned and operated by Tom Madsen. Tom is certified in the American Concrete Institute as a master finisher and has been in the industry for 20 years. Being owner operated, the entire process will be overseen by Tom personally, from estimating through the final billing. Tom will be the primary person doing all the work for each project and you will never be dealing with any sub-​contractors. Tom takes great pride in his work and believes in honest and fair pricing. Tom will spend time with the customer to make sure he understands all their requirements and that the right materials are chosen for a quality and lasting product.
