Business Owner

Licensed CPA with more than 25 years of experience in corporate and non-​profit sectors in all phases of accounting, bookkeeping, budgeting, business taxes, employee rules and regulations for payroll, sales and workers’ compensation audits, financial and operations reviews for businesses and non-​profits for cost reduction and compliance. I am a NJ Notary. Consulting services include preparing financial statements for financing, review of contracts for financial terms, guidance to select business legal structure, record keeping and obtaining 501©(3). My tax services include, preparation of all types of current and prior years taxes for business, individuals and estates. I also assist low-​income individuals and individuals with limited resources. I am a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and American Payroll Association. I volunteer my time reviewing monthly financials at a credit union. I am also a Yoga Instructor. I have a M.S. in Auditing from NYU.
