Established in 1998.

Since 1998, the team at Prime Health Physical Therapy Center has been dedicated to relieving your pain and discovering the cause of your symptoms. As one of the original physical therapy centers in Linden, we have treated over 50,000 of our neighbors. Our vision has always been to provide the best outcomes for our patients. We have an experienced team that is dedicated to providing proven, time-​tested techniques and hands-​on therapy to reach each individual’s goal for regaining optimal strength, flexibility and range of motion.

Shawn D.

Manager

Shawn graduated with a Doctorate degree in Physical Thearpy at UMDNJ and a Bachelor’s Degree in PT at Hunter College in New York. He is a credentialed McKenzie therapist and a Roy Matheson and Associates-​trained Functional Capacity Evaluator. Shawn is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association.
