Buyer beware. Ordered flowers for my girlfriend. I saw a beautiful arrangement on their website. When speaking to the gentleman on the phone, he mentioned he didn’t have orange roses on hand and he would use pink ones. No problem, these things happen. I also opted for the «deluxe» add on which gives you a fuller arrangement.
When I saw the flowers I was shocked. They looked nothing like the arrangement I picked out. Everything was different. To top it off, it looked even smaller than a normal bouquet, let alone the «deluxe» I paid extra for.
I called the shop up to inquire about the issue. I honestly felt it was a mixup, and someone else’s order was delivered. When speaking to the gentleman on the phone, he immediately became defensive and stated that he remembers the bouquet and that he took the order and made the arrangement. When I explained to him that I was told orange roses were not available and pink ones would be used, he claimed he told me he didn’t have all the flowers and would make substitutions.
I buy flowers regularly for my girlfriend, a couple of times a month. Do the math. A simple apology would have went a long way. Instead, enjoy the $ 60.
The only reason i am giving 2 stars is that I placed my order at around 11:30am, and asked for the flowers to be delivered by 4:00pm, which was accomplished.

NIGHTMARE! They stole our money! We ordered an arrangement for a friend whose mom had passed and after having called them and emailed them several times because the friend never received the arrangement, they finally called back 2 weeks later to say they didn’t know what happened to the order because it was in fact delivered. Some rude, ignorant man who says there’s no way he could be wrong because he delivered it yelled on the phone then HUNG UP ON ME. When I called back and asked why he hung up on he says because we had nothing else to discuss. He couldn’t even confirm whether he handed the flowers to a person or if he delivered it to the doorstep. Yet, he knows for sure, he’s not wrong that it was delivered. HORRIBLE SERVICE!
