Ridiculous!!! I I ordered my receiver over two weeks ago and paid for expedited shipping. It was «guaranteed to be sent out that day, or the following.» I have still not received my order. I have contacted customer service multiple times and have been given the same story each time. «I will check into this and get back to you later today.» Not one time has anyone actually got back. One time I was even given a false tracking number. I looked it up and FED EX had no record of such. They completely lied to get me off the phone. This is horrible service to say the least. I am attempting to cancel my order now.

Bait & switch scum bags ! I ordered the LG 55EC9300 on line. Received a call telling me, that’s last years model and it’s no longer available, lie ! (why is it for sale on their site ?) I was told they do have this years model LG 55EG9100 (not for sale on their site) for $ 400 more… lol Told them to cancel my order… stay far away ! They also have a shipping map on their site and don’t ship free to all states, so check the map before ordering.
Btw I was able to order the LG EC9300 that same day on Amazon. Scheduled shipping of less then one week ;)

Classic bait and switch. Seems cheap on the website. After your order is placed, you’ll get a call about needing to upgrade to a 10 bit panel etc. Their price eventually comes out to be the same as any other big box retailer. Didn’t trust them

I ordered a 75″ Samsung 2 years ago. I thought the price was worthwhile, and the company seemed legit and ethical. I selected FedEx shipping, knowing and trusting FedEx. I received a call 3 days later, after I’d received confirmation of order, to let me know, «you can’t ship FedEx.» And let them talk me into a $ 250 Express White Glove delivery; which promises a few day delivery time, and they’ll set up the tv to guarantee it traveled safely.
Only, 3 weeks later, my tv still hadn’t been delivered. I couldn’t get anyone on the phone. Apparently, there’s a holiday in September that prohibits any work done for several weeks, or answering the phone or emails. I even got the runaround from the delivery company denying they’d even begun shipping.
Now, despite my repeated requests to be removed and left alone, I continue to be badgered for a review.
Here’s my review: don’t waste your time or money with these crooks. You’ll save time, money and stress going to BestBuy or anywhere else.

There is a reason why the prices are so low. This place is a scam. When you place the order, they will tell you to call them and then tell you some BS about needing to get all these additional items at additional costs. This is a classic bait and switch. For the time I wasted with this process — tried to order twice hoping the first time was just a unique bad experience — you can go to Best Buy, pay a few more dollars and not get taken advantage of.

Ordered a receiver. They said it was in stock and that it would ship the next day. 3 weeks later they still don’t have one to send. I called for a refund and they sent me a fake email from
that showed a screen grab of a supposed refund with a confirmation code. 2 more weeks and the refund never came. Filed a dispute with the credit card company. Stay away, stay far away.

Im not sure if there are strong enough words to describe the deplorable people and business practices of East Coast TV’s. I placed an order 4 weeks ago for a TV online with a commitment the the item was in stock and would ship within 1 – 2 days.
THIRTY days later, and here I am with no TV, no replies to my email, no returned phone calls, and NO ANSWERS.
Oh they charged my credit card though, and NOT for the amount in the confirmation email. I was charged an additional $ 200 than what was advertised.
I have now canceled the order and im in the middle of a dispute with the CC company. A chore I certainly dont need when I could have just gone to best buy and got it done with the brand equity of a trusted retailer. I really hope this review sways your decision away from dealing with these (quintessential) New Jersey SCUMBAGS.

Horrible company and service. I saw them in an Amazon ad. Purchased a tv with a 6 day shipping date. 2 weeks later I still did not receive the tv. Called them and they said 2 more weeks. Waited 2 more weeks, still no tv. I called again and they were so rude, they canceled my order. I think it’s a scam to steal your credit card info. Buyer beware.

tried to order the samsung tv and save 200 bucks… call beforehand to make sure it wouldn’t be months of waiting and that it’s in stock. Ordered online used the 2% code and immediately got a call back that it’s for checks only. first hint of scam.2^nd explained to the guy what’s the next script? Let me guess it’s last year model?.. it’s refurbished?.. no warranty?.. non USA?.. and you can do me a favor of upgrading my purchase for like another 500.00? Let’s save us both time and just cancel the order. Do yourself the favor. just order from a well known store Best Buy etc… yes you’ll pay a bit extra. but at least you’ll get what you paid for with no hassle

I now see your reviews online are TERRIBLE! I ordered my items 10 days ago. I got a phone call 3 days later, on a Sunday, from a guy trying to find any way possible to get more money out of me.
Free shipping, my ass! I accepted Esposito ’ s $ 50 up charge for «fed ex» shipping, with the assurance that it would be going out that day, and I would be receiving it in 2 – 3 days. It is now 10 days since I initially ordered, and no product.
I emailed Esposito this am with no response. I have called all day and only get a recording. Hence, American Express has stopped payment on this nonexistent order.
Thanks for wasting my time. I’d give you my order number, but I know, now, it doesn’t exist.

Funny how the guy who posted 5 stars is from Los Angeles, CA had terrific service and I live within an hour from EastCoastTvs and they say they can’t get a truck to ship it to me. Something sounds a little shady to me if they can ship a tv across the country but can’t ship from NJ to PA.
So I offered to come pick it up. Well, then you’d have to pay tax. First of all, you’d have to pay tax regardless. Neither PA nor NJ is exempt from sales tax dumbass. So I said. well, I’ve already charged it to my credit card, what difference does it make? Why would I pay a tax if I come pick it up? He had an excuse for everything. I don’t understand why you would advertise something and then not wanna sell. The tv is rather cheap. Way below market price. Something just doesn’t sound right here.

HORRIBLE. On hold FOREVER. They try to uncharge like crazy and say they can’t ship to your zip code. Only when you upgrade will they all of the sudden allow free shipping to your zip code.

I took a chance and ordered on-​line for the first time. Incredible low price, great service and stellar delivery with set-​up. I called and spoke to someone who guided me to the right product, thankfully, or I would have ordered the wrong one. The result, I was one of the first to get the newer model with more standard features and a better price! It’s not everyday you can order online from across the country and still be taken care of like you did business face to face. Every aspect of the order was perfect, seriously!

What a shitty company… employees are rude and not at all helpful. I can’t believe I gave them my credit card information. I’ve been waiting on a TV for 2 months now hahaha. These guys are a bunch of clowns.

I read all the bad reviews and was nervous about ordering from them. I saw no real downside though as I used a credit card and if it never arrived i could cancel the payment and i got a square trade warranty in case it breaks or something is wrong. Delivery was perfect came in a timely manner. Price was FANTASTIC. Tv was new. And white glove delivery guys were great. Communication between me and east coast tvs was fast and i always knew what was going on. I see no reason why I would ever buy a tv anywhere else but here.
THIS PLACE REALLY IS LEGIT.

CAVEAT EMPTOR!!!
My mom was wanting a new televisions and she especially wanted one of the new 4K models. She also wanted a Samsung. So, being the dutiful son I am, I researched the model and looked for the best price online. I searched Google Shopping and found the model and the varying prices the stores had. I saw East Coast TV’s’ price and it looked really good. They had good ratings, too!
So my mom ordered it. They even had a 2% back promotion! Nice! All as well and good… until the phone call.
The guy said that mom’s card was declined. No big deal, it’s happened inexplicably in the past. So, she says, I’ll use another card. Great. While on the phone, the guy went to work on the upsell with her, and since she knows little about electronics, she bit it, hook like and sinker. He «upgraded» her to last year’s model, added nearly sixty dollars in «insurance» and got «white glove» delivery out of her, even though that service does next to nothing.
Not knowing what happened, I had checked the account page on their website to see if things were kosher. I about gagged when I saw that $ 1500 television go to one just shy of $ 2000!!!
I instantly called mom and asked her what was up. She told me, and seeing it was last year’s model, I told her to call customer service and cancel. No dice… they were closed.
Smelling a big rat, I told her to call her credit card company to see if they could stop payment. She did, and as if to add icing to the cake, they found that on top of the $ 2000 they charged, they added another $ 1000 on top of that! WTF? Needless to say, the person at the card company smelled that festering rat as well and since the charge was just pending, they stopped it from going any further. They also issued her a new number as added protection and assured her that they would get no money from her. Good deal.
So today I called them about it. I, in no uncertain terms, told them how I felt about them preying on a person who was mostly unaware about electronics and their shady and fraudulent addition of more money to the charge. The guy I got… to put it nicely… was a major jerk. I mean, think of a jerk you know and triple it. That is the kind of person I am talking about here. I told him to cancel the order. He said nope, it was already shipped. I said you might as well, because we will refuse delivery and they’ll be just getting it back. He says big deal. I further told him they were getting no money because the payment was stopped. He then lied and said they already got the money, so it would be our loss. He also said we’d be on the hook for sending it back. I said good luck getting money from us. He told me they already have our card information. You’re SOL, I told him, because that number is no longer valid. We’ll see, he said.
I hung up on him as he began to mock me. Then… no joke… he called me another three times in very quick succession, me hanging up each time.
I then told my mom to call the company of the original card to make sure that no charges would show there, either. They assured her that none would happen and they put a flag on the business.
I have since contacted the shipping company to stop the shipment in it’s tracks. I wouldn’t want the worker to have to come out, just for us to refuse the item. We’ll see how that goes.
***TL/​DR — Company took advantage of a person, fraudulently charged 50% more than the purchase price, card companies called to make sure no charges went through and a call to customer service resulted in talking to a jerk who insulted me every way from Sunday.

Purchased a TV on line;great price, once they received my order, the upscale came on shipping. Then I was charged for insurance that I didn’t ask for and even tried to have it removed becuz I’m insured by credit card, to no luck. Then it took over 2 wks for the tv to arrive. Once the TV arrived, it wasn’t the one that I ordered nor did it come with the HDMI cables. Contacted customer service again, they will be putting the HDMI CABLE in the mail, I can only imagine another 2 wks. Nevertheless, they won’t issue credit for the HDMI cable that I will no longer need since I’m having the TV installed today.
I would have 2^nd thoughts on ordering from this company

I purchased a TV from here and had horrible experience. Once they have your credit card number — you are In trouble.
1. Everything on there website is a lie or a smoke screen. The prices, the discounts, the shipping. It’s all fake and how they do this «business» scheme to put food on their families table makes me sick. They will pull every trick out there on you. «We don’t deliver to your state, that wall mount isn’t free anymore, that TV isn’t that price anymore»
2. Customer service. I bought a $ 2700 TV
Wait. It was $ 2492 advertised but that’s not what I ended up paying.
So back to the customer service. They treated me terribly. They Were extremely rude, would not answer my direct questions, and flat out lied to me. They overcharged my credit card and I had to put a dispute in with my credit card company.
I could go on with this review but let me make it simple.
Do not buy from them.
Update: I got a call from an employee of this company after this review. They wanted to make me happy and refunded my shipping cost. I did end up paying the price advertised on the Internet in the end.
I did not say in my review that I did receive the TV I ordered and it arrived fine.

I bought what I thought was a discounted Samsung 78 inch TV for almost $ 2500 off thinking it was a great deal but I get a call from a guy in a call center right after I ordered telling me this is the generic version and that the actual TV is $ 2000 more.
This is deceptive advertising at it’s finest!

BE WARNED, I wanted to be nice but there is nothing good to say about this company.
I bought a 4k 65 inch TV from them on there black Friday sale at a great deal. 5 days later and no word of them shipping it out yet so I called them. I got a very rude east coast accent on the phone. The proceed to tell me that they do not ship to my area although it clearly shows they do on their web site.
I should have cancelled my order right away but I decided to let them charge me $ 149 for a «white glove» delivery charge. 5 days later the item was still not shipped. I went to look at my charges on my credit card and they not only charged me the $ 149 for shipping but they added on a $ 49 handling fee and raised the initial purchase price. And to top it off they charged my card 2 times for over 2k.
I being quite upset I called them for the 4^th time now and told them I wanted to cancel my order. They asked for my order number and once they got it the rude representative told me to hold on. I believe he wanted to put me on hold to transfer my but he must have not because I could hear everything that was going on. He said and I state,” hey Kevin its that annoying customer from Scottsdale and he now wants to cancel.“
I can not tell you how much I would never recommend this company. They are extremely unprofessional and rude. They have low prices but if they don’t ship quickly you are much better off using someone that is legitimate.
