First flea treatment, we asked for the earliest possible appointment because we had to board our cats for the day. Were told they’d be here between 9 – 12. Didn’t get here until 1.
Fleas were NOT eliminated (obviously we also treated the cats) so we used the 30 day warranty.
This time they were even LATER after promising to be here between 9 – 12, our request for the earliest possible appointment was ignored and no one showed up until 2:30. Once again we had to pay to board our cats and because they were SO late we won’t even be able to bring the cats home after boarding, because it won’t be safe for them to enter until 6:30.
Really disappointing organization, professionalism, and quality.

Professional, courteous, on-time, very knowledgeable and they get the job done! We had a problem due to a crack in one of our pipes. Their inspector not only helped us get rid of the bugs but they told us exactly how to address the root cause of the problem.
I have used them for over one year and we will always call Ace Walco for pest control needs.
