JM Efficiency Inc. is an insured trade ally partner with Peoples Gas and Nicor tasked with implementing energy efficiency programs in buildings throughout Chicagoland.

For multifamily buildings there are many energy efficiency rebates available; we have been focusing on 2 free upgrades:

Free fiberglass insulation for exposed steam pipes — decreases the load on your boilers saving you as much as 30% on your heating costs.

Free advanced boiler control system with increased venting — for buildings over 20 units.

This work can be implemented for free to you; we are paid directly from the utility companies.
