Williams Cleaners & Shirt Launderers

My wife and I brought in our rabbit costume to the 27^th & Normal area location for cleaning and repair. They called and said they wouldn’t be charging us for the head, because they were unable to fix the eyes. I asked if they were able to fix the head’s zipper, and they said yes. When we went to pick up the costume, the head’s zipper was not fixed, and they said they were unable to fix it. Plus, there was a lot of damage to the head from the cleaning process. The fur came detached from the latex mask in multiple places, and the colors on the latex are all faded badly now. We were hoping we’d be able to fix the eyes ourselves, but they lost the eyes! They ended up giving us 50 percent off, which meant we still had to pay almost $ 20, to pick up a costume in worse shape than when we dropped it off.

YIKES… Super expensive :-((but later found out this was «average» price for Lincoln).
Brought in a few men’s shirts and women’s dresses…$ 60 tab!
Each dress was almost $ 20 itself!
