Watson Auto Service

I was in need of a new thermostat for my car and I had no idea who to call. After consulting my friend, she suggested that I call Watson’s Auto. They were able to see my car the next day and diagnose what was causing my car problems (besides the thermostat) within 30 minutes after I dropped it off. By the time I was done with my classes for the day, my car was fixed, vacuumed, and washed.
Whenever I have a problem with my car, I will call Watson’ s Auto first. They are my goto guys.

These guys are great. They fixed a whole slew of problems on my truck and had it back to me the next day. A few days later, as luck would have it, the starter went out (not related to previous problems) and I had to bring it back here again. They had it fixed and back to me the SAME DAY.
They even stayed past their posted closing time to allow me an opportunity to come pick it up when it was finished. Also, they were Johnny-​on-​the-​spot with keeping me in the loop via phone calls, which is very important to me. I don’t appreciate it when I have to repeatedly call to get updates on my vehicles while they’re in the shop, but this place never left me wondering what was going on. These guys earned themselves a customer. Thanks for making it obvious that you care.

Our cross country trip from CA came to a halt when we turned on our Impreza wrx and the check engine light was on ! :(we assumed it was something small because the car ran perfect still. Went to Watsons because of the great reviews & it was simply Perfection. They treated us kindly took the car in right away 35 min later they found out it was a loose sensor wire and didn’t «gauge» us with useless things. They even did a free safety inspection since we told them how far we were going. Simply amazed at the quality of the service.. The food place they recommended us was even good too ! Now were at our destination and the car is running great ! Thanks again !

Kevin and Troy are amazing. They are the most sincere helpful mechanics I have had the the pleasure of bringing my broken down car to. Do yourself a favor and make Watsons auto your mechanic for life.

Came here to get a tire patched on my truck because I found a nail in my rear passenger tire while doing some work on the vehicle. I told the mechanic what the problem was and showed them the nail. After they plugged the first one, I paid the $ 15 for the repair. As I was paying, the mechanic who was servicing my vehicle came in and informed me that he had found another nail in the tire.
Expecting and fully prepared to pay for two plugs, I was surprised when Kevin, the man checking me out, told the mechanic to go ahead and patch it up and didn’t charge me extra.
Highly recommend this place to anyone who needs auto repairs, or services.

Called to set up an appointment. They were busy, but when I said I needed it right away, they found a time to fit me for an oil change. I also had my belts tighten, headlights cleaned, and my back brakes adjusted all in under an hour. The guys were all super friendly and it didn’t cost me an arm and a leg. Great service. I will be returning.

I went here for an oil change and to assess a wobbly wheel. Had to leave car for the day to access and be driven home. The lady that drove me was nice enough, but the car was filthy with personal items all over the floor, spelled like trash and cigarettes. I found out she started working there 6 weeks ago. I received a call back about 3.5 hours later telling me all of things that needed repaired totalling over $ 500, I got the bare minimum to be fixed (one tire not good) 2 new tires for balance), alignment, new tire rim (bent) for $ 400. The service guy was not happy that I wanted to call around for other estimates, and when I called back to let him know, he suggested that a «service fee» for assesment would have to be applied. By the time the lady came to pick me up, it was already 2pm (I took car in at 9am), I could tell the service manager was not pleased, but I am single and on a budget, and won’t be «scared» into doing a car service that I do not need.
When I got my car back, I had to rush to goodyear (on 66^th and O… highly suggest them by the way) and they assessed and fixed everything within the hour for $ 299. Quite a difference, they also treated me like a valued customer. I guess smaller service centers are not all they are cracked up to be.
