They are thorough and provide beneficial details about each item of service that they are requesting. They will let you know the realistic time frames for how long it will take to complete the service (s) and good expectations to consider about the overall condition vs requests being made for service.

I recently moved to the area and needed to have some routine maintenance done on my car. I stopped in to get an estimate for tires and an oil change. Rick and I spoke about what needed to be done and what could be skipped. The next day, after going to two other repair shops, I got my work done at Tuffy’s on Pine Lake Road because of the simple fact that they offered me several options and were by far the most courteous and professional of the auto shops I visited.
On the day of my appointment, I arrived and was planning to wait at their store for the repairs to be finished, but they offered a loaner car to me and I was able to get some errands finished. I returned to find the car finished and they explained that they would use some of the services I had paid for at a later visit because they were not needed at the time, but included in the package I had purchased. They even offered a discount. My husband was very impressed and I am relieved to have found a local mechanic that is outstanding! Thank you to Rick and Stacey for taking all the worry out of car maintenance! I’ll be back and I’ll tell my friends.

I have been going to Tuffys for a little over 2 years now after being recommended by a family member. I have always had a great experience with them. Stacy and his team are very knowledgeable and don’t try to nickel and dime you. They’re always quick to diagnose and resolve the problem and their prices are fair. I really appreciate the fact that they always stand behind their work, which isn’t always the case with auto shops. Thank you Tuffys for always doing a great job!

It’s amazing service as always. I wouldn’t trust my vehicle with anyone else. If you haven’t given Tuffy’s SOUTH location a try I highly recommend doing so! Make sure you go to the South location on Pine Lake.
