Smith Construction saved the day for me and my family. We had no power in one room and called for help and everyone said it was a week out. Called Smith Construction and he was there in less then an hour. Thanks again and will refer them to everyone.

I have used Greg on 2 occasions and both times he was courteous, professional and very neat. He cleaned up when he was finished (a big plus!) On his last visit, he replaced a broken kitchen faucet. Greg Smith came to install a microwave and did an outstanding job not only on that but also offered to fix a pantry door that had been broken for many months. He is professional and courteous and I would definitely recommend him for any handyman or construction jobs.

I called Greg Smith to come to my rental property and look at a job repairing a pipe leak. I had previously had someone else give me an estimate on this job but the amount seemed very high. Greg was prompt and very professional. He gave me estimates for two options – a short term fix and a long-​term fix. Both beat the price of the other estimate! He provided me with all the reasons why I should do the long-​term fix but was not pushy and let me make my own decision. I opted for the long-​term fix, which ended up being a complete pipe replacement. Greg promptly took off to purchase all the supplies and was back within the hour. Unfortunately, the day he came out to do the job it started raining. Instead of calling me to come back another time, Greg stayed and finished the job, spending 2 hrs in the rain. Not only did he do a great job with the repair, he also went and bought bark to replace what was lost in moving the lanscaping to get to the pipe. I can’t stress enough how much I appreciate the great job Greg completed for me. I will definitely use him again for any home repairs/​projects and encourage you to do the same!
