Thank goodness, had the HOA complain about my side yard so I needed to prune a bunch of trees and bushes. Well it became more a job then I thought, after removing 2 trees and cutting back all the dead branches I was left with quite a large mess. Contacted this company and within an hour they were at my doorstep, cleaned up my mess with no issue. Highly recommend them!

I called them at about 10 am hoping (praying) they could fit me in today. I had some couches and boxes and random stuff that will just not fit in my new home. He told me he would be there by noon. He was actually there about an hour earlier than he had quoted. He took a look at my junk, gave me a price and it was all gone in about an hour. Great guys, respectful, professional, friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend them, and will call them if I ever have need of their services again. Obviously, customer service is a priority to them. Thank you!

If you need junk hauled away, I highly recommend Sanchez Home and Yard Service. I had a few items that needed out of the garage. When I called I had someone at my home 30 minutes later. He was highly professional, reasonable in price, respectful, and quick.

Excellent… Top notch! Called on a Sunday morning at 8am thinking it’d be at least noon, if at all, before I could get the large pile of junk, furniture and cardboard boxes off of my property. He answered the phone second ring politely, I texted photos of the pile and by 9am I had a quote that was extremely fair. He was at my house 45min later.
Arrived with a smile and respectful greeting and got the crap off the property quickly. Couldn’t be more pleased… I’ll be calling him the next time without a doubt!
