I have used John 2 times now. I will never even try another company. He is absolutely the BEST. My carpets come out perfect every time. I have referred him to my friends and they say the same thing. I am kind of a geek so I had to peek inside the truck. This is one serious piece of equipment. Don’t hesitate to use him. You won’t go anywhere else. John, if your reading this, raise your prices a little. You’re worth it. It’s not just about price.

I hired John to clean the carpets at my Mom’s house in Sun City. He arrived on-​time & immediately got to work. We were amazed at just how dirty they were, and looked brand new when he left. His pricing is more than fair, too!
I’ve got him scheduled to come do my house next week and already plan to have him back for both the carpets & windows in the spring.

Today my Great Dane woke me up to show me the huge mess from her tummy being upset and lets just say it was a job for a pro! I couldn’t even find anyone open much less to return my call until I called Royal Carpet. They promptly returned my call, understood I had an emergency and acted right away. He was at my house within 20 minutes!!! Very impressed with his service and customer service as well. Thank You so much for all your help and great work!

Had John come to our home to clean the carpets and clean our windows inside and out. He did a great job. The windows sparkled and the carpets were super clean. John was very nice and worked very hard. Will absolutely use them again!

Purchased a deal on Living Social for 20 windows but needed 45 windows cleaned at my home. John arrived on time, very personable, & got right to work. He dusted around every window in the house, cleaned all windows inside and out, and did a second run to touch up things he may have missed. Although I paid half of what regular price would be, I think his work would be a deal at the full rate. He was super thorough and was done in a very reasonable amount of time and never got in the way. We will be calling Royal again!
