I took my wife here for her birthday in 2014, after getting recommendations off of Facebook. Thanking you will have a better experience here than our usual places like Longhorn or Texas Roadhouse and plus it’s closer to the house but sadly the food was smaller and prices were just as high leaving here feeling like I need to stop somewhere else and get something else to eat.

This restaurant is indeed and asset to their community. The prime rib was very good especially for the price. I was disappointed though that the gumbo was quite bland. It seemed the sausage in it was the only component that had seasoning. And it had no okra. The service was exceptional… obviously eager to please. It was our first time there and we drove by it twice. The building is on a a corner and on a hill but still difficult to spot in the dark. I think it would help if they had more lights or a brighter sign.

This place is awesome. The pasta was great. The service was bar-none. Incredibly friendly. They even brought us a round of beers while we waited for our table.

Another hole in the wall. I’ve been here three times and we struck out. I’m guessing the other reviews were written by folks who don’t get out much– considering the«remote» location. The good– the servers are friendly and the place is clean. Good selection on the menu. Good music. The bad– the service is slow, bad, and inconsistent. If you get a «slow» server– you can count on your food coming out late and cold. On this visit we asked for straws 3 times in 15 mins and my wife finally asked specifically that her salad come out 1st. I did not and my appetizer did not come out with my meal., not until mid way. The fried shrimp-oyster combo was warm, the shrimp was not fried but steamed and my sweet tea was watered down and never refilled until the end of my meal. Not a fan of the cole slaw and the hush puppies are so-so. The wife did not like the steak– it was cooked fine, just nothing notable for the taste buds. We waited 45 minutes for our meal and the place was not busy. People that came in after us got served before us. Our server was very nice but she was also very new. We still tipped her well… for effort. But the only reason they earned two stars is because the staff are friendly. That will be our final strike and try at Ricks Crossroads Grill as its not only the roads that get cross here…

The menu is a great balance of bayou lunch items plus fantastic seafood, steak(rib eye) and prime rib dinners. Husband had the rib eye with red beans and Rice. I had their Tiger Tilapia(light Cajun seasoned Tilapia fillet over linguine with a creamy slightly spicy sauce. Both meals were perfect. We split a dessert called stump hole cake which was heaven. Our service was excellent. Husband also enjoyed a couple of locally crafted beers. I have to say, we eat all over the U. S. and Canada and we found this place to be a treat. The owner is the chef. He came out and greeted the diners when we had finished our meal. Hopefully we can visit this place again!

Great place to eat. Great service and food. Rick the owner is very friendly. Don’t know why it’s listed as being in Eastaboga when actually in Lincoln?

I always stop at the Cross Roads Grill whenever I am in Lincoln. Everything is good, from the crab balls and fried pickles to the best Shrimp Po Boy — which is the best I’ve found outside of being in Louisiana. The service is great, the food comes out fast, it’s must visit when in the area! Don’t let the exterior scare you away, it’s got charm, in a real southern way.
