Right now, PR Custom Tile and Flooring, LLC is comprised of… me. You will meet with and talk to the guy that will do your project. I wear all the hats: I’m the one doing your bid, helping with design ideas, professionally installing your flooring and tile, and the customer service rep! You deal with just me. Being a one person business keeps overhead low. Low overhead means I can do outstanding work without the outrageous price! I won’t do it for nothing, but I will give you the best price I can so it’s fair for both of us! If there are any problems, I’ll fix them. I’m not going anywhere, so consider this when hiring a contractor. What are your options when there’s problems and the company who did the job is gone as fast as they set up shop here?
