Pioneer Gymnastics Academy offers a full range of gymnastics instruction for children of all ages and ability levels. Our youngest gymnasts start at a mere 18 months of age while our oldest gymnasts are training through their high school years. Although the great majority of our gymnasts are recreational, we also have one of the top competitive programs in the state. We are proud to be home to local, state and regional and national champions.

History

Established in 1991.

Located on 2.5 acres of residential property, Pioneer Gymnastics Academy offers the added safety and convenience of being in its own building away from other businesses, thereby limiting our students exposure to strangers as well as non customer traffic in our parking lot. Pioneer Gymnastics Academy offers over 8,000 square feet of air-​conditioned gymnastics fun. We are also unique in that we have a large pre-​school facility within our building as well as two enclosed viewing rooms.

Meet the Business Owner

Ed A.

Business Owner

Ed is the owner and director of Pioneer Gymnastics. Ed has a passion for not only the sport of gymnastics but for working with children. With over 30 years of coaching experience Ed recognizes that he will never know everything and therefore continues to attend training camps, clinics and seminars to keep up with the ever evolving sport of gymnastics.

Ed is a professional member of USA Gymnastics and is safety certified as well as having completed many of the USA Gymnastics University courses. Ed is also on the National Board for AmeriKids Gymnastics which provides a competitive avenue for many gymnasts across the country.

Ed’s other interests include his church where he served as parish president for 8 years, photography, fishing and traveling with his family.

Ed is married and has 4 daughters, 3 dogs, 2 cats, 2 geckos a bird and several fish. Between family and business, Ed is always busy.
