Disappointment again…
Ordered flowers to be delivered for my husband’s mothers funeral. And they were ordered ahead of time. However the delivery driver called and said they will be delivered the next day. Which was the day of the funeral. Not acceptable.
They finally corrected this error after a family member had a few choice words with the manager and they were delivered at near 7pm.
We have had multiple runs of rude employees who don’t seem to care and lack of service recovery.
Another disappointment. Will never come back again. No matter how nice the arrangement looked.

I have used this florist a number of times over the past few years, and have been very happy with the results. Most recently, I ordered a «florist’s choice» design, and what (s)he did was absolutely beautiful!

Received flowers at work, very friendly delivery man, absolutely gorgeous flowers, that smelled amazing! They are still holding up and looking fabulous 7 days later. Will use Oak Creek again.

This place has the rudest owner Jeff or John. I ordered a bouquet for a funeral and was promised a picture of it, since I live out of town and wanted to see what I spent over $ 100.00 for. The elderly lady told me she would have one of the younger staff send me a picture that she did not know how to do that on the computer. I waited 2 days and never received a picture. I called up and spoke to the owner Jeff/​John? man what a rude jerk! He told me «he doubted the lady told me a picture would be taken and emailed to me» basically he called me a liar, he then argued with me and continued to be a complete jerk! I wanted some money back for compensation and he refused my offer, then counteroffered for a tiny amount of money then HUNG UP ON ME!!! This owner is a jerk and does not deserve the communities sales or out of state sales! He is rude and has no customer service skills. Beware of him since he could care less about making a client who has used him many times in the past happy. I will take my business elsewhere and hope he loses his.

My daughter ordered me a specialty arrangement of Carnations for Mother’s Day through 800-​Flowers. Oak Creek Plants & Flowers were the ones who made the arrangement. After 3 days, my Carnation were dying (and yes, they were watered). Oak Creek employees & Management were very rude & unwilling to resolve or offer a resolution to this issue. Thus, my daughter spent $ 45 at a florist I will never use, nor recommend to anyone!

Same issue as before you do not get what you pay for here. I ordered a 70.00 Easter basket and they delivered the smallest non comparable basket i have seen. This was an embarrassment to me and I will never use them again.

We ordered flowers from them to be delivered to our daughter in Lincoln. We had some issues with the time it needed to be delivered (our fault) and they were very accommodating to shift their schedule around to make it work for us. Very professional experience. We’ll order from them again.

Their nursery must be better than their floral delivery. Half of the flowers i received were dead and the rest just ugly.

Always have great luck buying flowers here. Always get lots of compliments!

This is one of the smaller nurseries in town, and they pay attention to detail. I love wandering around in the big greenhouse. Lots of beautiful orchids among a huge variety of plants, and it smells great. They carry carnivorous plants sometimes. Oh, and a sleepy cat lives in the greenhouse.
Inside, they mostly carry decorations — not a lot of gardening supplies here. They’re also florists — I saw a couple walking out with a big vase of flowers on Mother’s Day, and it looked great.
