MOO

I was just thinking — has there ever been an instance when I contacted MOO and was left disappointed? Nope! I don’t know off the top of my head what their customer support hours are, but I got in touch with them pretty late at night one day this week and they were quick and enthused to help me out. It must have been a few minutes to midnight. Ahh — it was on Cyber Monday!
I contacted the MOO team again earlier today to inquire about my order because there are gift items in my order. The customer service team member was so nice (*woot* *woot* for Maria) that she expedited the shipping so it reaches me sooner than what I had originally selected. She wanted me to have enough time at hand for adjustments in case something didn’t meet my expectation. How thoughtful?
MOO really goes above and beyond to retain its rapport. And it’s been evident by the team’s thoughtfulness. I’d double the stars and give them a 10-​star review but that’s not an option.

Literally within minutes of posting my original ONE star review– I was personally contacted by a Moo representative apologizing for their mistake and was reassured that they will thoroughly investigate what the issue was, which I was pretty impressed with. Things happen, we’re human.
I’m betting that there are not going to be any further issues with the reprint and I am happy to note that they are on the road to redemption with my client and have quickly reached redemption with myself. :)

THIS IS MY ONE STAR REVIEW:
UGGGH. I was SO –VERY– DISAPPOINTED.
I am working with a small start up in Austin, TX. These dudes are pretty technical people, and am doing design work for them. They asked me where to print business cards, and without hesitation, my response was «If you want some badass cards, you all should print with
!» Even though they are a *tad* bit pricier than their competitors, I convinced (now I feel like an idiot) these dudes that their excellent quality will be worth it. I have been SUCH a huge fan and advocate for this company. I am always recommending them when I work on projects.
Unfortunately, the glowing recommendation I gave these guys did not meet anyones expectations. I could have had my eyes closed, never used a printer before in my life, and been in pitch black darkness and they would have turned out better than what we received. For this project we ordered their new Square cards Luxe Edition — I used the template they provided to ensure that there weren’t any screw-​ups, and triple checked to make sure they were print ready.
First of all — the the cards were all out of order. Instead of separating them by the names like «AAA BBB CCC» it was «ABC ABC ABC” — which is confusing. The other FIRST OF ALL is they were ALL OFF CENTER with an ugly white line on the sides of them, they weren’t aligned at all, AND THEY WERE GRAINY.» What the WHAT, moo?! I got confirmation from them like 30 minutes after I ordered everything that «there weren’t any issues found» and they were good to go.
The most insulting part was that they threw in a little card (which was very nicely printed) that said «This was hand checked for quality» or something of the sort. We all have our off-​days, but those cards were absolutely not individually checked for quality, and if they were — their «quality-​checker» must have completely overlooked our order.
We are contacting costumer service today, and I will be sure to update with their response. I’m REALLY hoping they somehow redeem themselves — especially because I have ALWAYS recommended moo for their quick turnaround and amazing quality. I don’t know if my clients will ever use them again, and I’m pretty reluctant to as of right now to ever order from them again. :/

When I first saw Moo I was curious. The cards look great, but they’re pricier, so my question was whether they were worth it. Luckily Moo offers samples of your very own design. They use a heavier stock to print on, the colors are vibrant and pop, you can have different designs on all of your cards, the list goes on and on. So I send off a sample design and get cute emails tracking the progress along the way, even before they ship!
The samples arrive with a small Moo logo on them, hey they were free, so no complaining… and they are still usable for your closest buds and family. The cards are amazing! So I place a real order with no Moo logo on them. They arrive and I am quite happy with them and place a few in my wallet and iPad case.
So why two stars you ask? Because a short time later I go into my wallet to get one out and they’ve started to peel apart. What I was so happy to share and hand out had fallen apart and looked embarrassing. Great first impression, but they just can’t keep up the pace. Disappointed because I REALLY loved the stock and color. maybe they need to seal them or something.

Outstanding customer service. Just received my first order, had a printing error on it, which once I called customer support found out it was my fault from doing initial setup online. Victor, in customer service walked me through process, and is sending whole new batch at no cost to me. They look awesome and Quality exceeds expectations. We will be putting in a large corporate order next week, because I now have confidence in the ease of the process. I know it’s only business cards, but when it’s for 110 employees and 15 executives, it better be a great product and it is! So happy to have found

I needed to make my first business card since I just graduated. Everyone needs some sort of tangible item to give to a client, boss, or anyone you meet networking. I had heard from a friend about Moo and decided to check it out. I could not have been happier with the results!
First off, there’s so many designs! They’re all very unique and customizable if you’d like. They have plenty of colorful designs and also a lot of more conservative and «plain» cards. The process of creating one was very easy and straight forward. You could even add a QR code which was cool.
The cards came about a week and a half after I created and ordered them which is a pretty good turn around I think. When I got them they were very presentable. They came in a box to store the ones you don’t need on you. The cards are such great quality. I got the classic matte finish and it’s great. The cards are sturdy and the colors on them came out very bright and vivid.
Moo THE place to get your business cards. It cost me $ 20 including shipping for 50 business cards which is a fantastic price especially for the quality. Use Moo and you won’t be disappointed.

My first time using MOO, and I was so impressed with their customer service (and product) that I felt compelled to write this review. After sending in a business card design, I opened up a livechat on their website and asked the customer service person if they would be willing to take a look at the design and give me a second opinion. I wasn’t sure it would have enough contrast to look well printed.
Ali S. checked the design and also flagged it for her review before it was shipped out. As it turns out, the font I used just wasn’t thick enough to look good after printing. She took the time to send me photos of the printed result, which was hard to read, and then offered me a reprint.
Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Complete waste of time if you work off tablets or mobile as it’s heavy in Flash content.

Ordered a set of business cards from Moo almost 3 weeks ago and still have not received them. I contacted the post office to discover that, despite what the tracking page Moo gave me said, the package had never been received by the post office. I contacted Moo through the online chat, and was told that there was just a 1 day delay in their arrival but they would arrive the next day. That day has passed and still no business cards. I am extremely disappointed to have spent more money than what other places charge only to not get my order and just get the run around by the company.
**Update: After contacting Moo again, via their online chat, the representative looked into the issue and stated that my order appeared to have been lost in the hand off between USPS and the post office. He had my cards reprinted and mailed out to me and they arrived within a few days. I was also contacted by another representative, via email, the day after talking with the chat rep in response to my review here. He apologized for the issue with my order and stated he would be looking into my account to make sure that, if it hadn’t already been handled, then it would be handled.
So I am upgrading my original 1 star rating to 5 stars because my cards are perfect, and my delivery issue was resolved in a friendly and satisfactory manner.

I’m a graphic designer, and use MOO for not only business cards, but often for client business cards. I love that I can have a different design on every card, which enables me to create some really cool and unique cards, for example for a chef who owns multiple different restaurants.
I originally heard about MOO after seeing a TV ad, and was skeptical because it’s digital printing. However the print quality, paper stocks and finishes are exceptionally good.
Customer Service is outstanding. When I messed up my first card order because I misunderstood their template, they shipped new cards at no cost. I didn’t ask for this, they offered, which kinda blew me away.
Every time I have called with questions about pretty technical designery stuff, they know exactly what I’m talking about and how to help, or send me to the right person, which hasn’t been my experience at all with other online printers.
In short — MOO — huge fan — give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.

Heard about Moo from a friend. I’ve used other printing services for business cards but decided to give Moo a shot when my friend had nothing but positive things to say about the quality of the cards she received.
Was very pleased with the shopping experience. I decided to leave the 5 star rating when the cards I ordered arrived early and the quality of the cards *far* exceeded my expectations for the price I paid. Very creative and nifty packaging, as well. I hope this company sticks around for a while.

I wanted to order business cards after seeing the great looking varied designs which other artists brought to some of our exhibits locally.
My husband has always wanted cards so I made an order.
Evidently I made an error in the ordering process and ended up with half the order blank on the text side and the artwork as we wanted correct on all of the order.
Customer service was great! Immediate response to phone call with someone who could explain what happened. They are going to repair the half of the order so that we can use the cards right away.
This is old fashioned stand up customer care.
I love the way the photo showed up of a caricature my husband had painted: true colors.

Strange name but nifty product. I heard about Moo on a wedding forum as the minimoos made great favor tags and you can print in smaller batches and use many different photos (1 photo per card if you want!) in a single order. I didn’t print minimoos this time but I did print my save the dates as post cards and get custom stickers printed here.
The quality of the save the dates was just amazing. Better than I’ve seen come from vista print. The colors are more vibrant and the paper is a great quality and feel. Website was easy to use — didn’t need customer service but apparently this is where they shine. I am an international order but I still got my cards super fast!
Overall it’s a bit more expensive but it’s worth it if you want quality. Sometimes you just want something printed as cheap as possible and maybe this is not what you’re after.

Moo blew my expectations out of the water! I designed my own cards on a budget. I chose the cheapest paper and the cheapest shipping. The cards arrived quickly and the quality is exceptional! The paper stock is thick and feels nice to the touch. However, after proudly passing out a few cards I noticed a typo that was completely my fault! I emailed Moo about the mistake and they responded to me within hours, and remedied my mistake in a matter of days. The quality of the cards as well as the outstanding customer service makes Moo a five-​star company! Every company from any industry should take notes on customer service from Moo.

I ordered my luxe business cards ans it has been 3 weeks and they still have not arrived.
According to the first email I got from them, it was «lost». Then contacted support 4 times about it and didn’t receive any response. Filed claim through bank to get my money back.
All this company seems to want to do is take your money and run.
I recommend VistaPrint or OvernightPrints instead. They actually care about you, answer emails and you actually get what you paid for. Absolutely awful — these guys should be ashamed of themselves.

I can’t say enough good things. I ordered 100 cards (I chose their design since I’m not creative enough to do my own), and I selected regular shipping. This was ⁵⁄₃₁. Today I got kind of irritated and I called in to ask about the status. The girl told me that they were showing up as delivered based on her tracking information, but that they would send me another 100 free of charge anyhow.
Turns out the Post Office had them (if only I could Unilocal review my local post office…) and hadn’t left a slip for 3 weeks, so they didn’t end up having to reprint the cards. But you can’t beat that service– offering a reprint, no questions asked– even when it turns out they hadn’t done anything wrong.
As for the quality of the cards– they’re great. Exactly what I wanted AND comes in a sturdy little box too.
They’ve definitely created a loyal customer and one who will tell others about their service!

One word: WOWZA! SUPER-​FAST turnaround time! Definitely A LOT SOONER than the projected arrival date of 7/​5, considering it’s from the E. Coast to the W. Coast! I ordered glossy mini cards for my petsitting/​housesitting biz just LAST WEEKEND with just plain ol’ standard USPS shipping. They were sent Monday and they arrived today (Wednesday). SUPER CUTE and VERY PROFESSIONAL! I use the pre-​made MOO designs (various doggy photos) on the back of the cards and use my own design on the front. Everything comes out GREAT!
The cards come with a nice sturdy box. Other card companies don’t even bother to do this at all. Usually they use a pretty flimsy box.
I’m going to order some more mini cards for job/​biz networking purposes and I might consider getting some for my music teaching studio, as well as postcards to send out to clients. I know I’m definitely going to order from MOO again ’til the cows come home. :)

Yes, MOO is somewhat pricier than the average card makers out there, but it offers good discounts for referrals and future orders. YOU DO GET what you PAY FOR. Vistaprint can just suck it. Sorry. LOL!

I absolutely, 100% adore MOO. Not only are their products — business cards large and small, postcards, etc. — of outstanding quality, clever and adorable, but they’re a great company that’s based right here in my beloved Providence, RI.
Everything is customizable, colorful, quirky and fun — we even use MOO cards for our national business cards (and Unilocal is based in San Francisco!) because they’re the simply the most clever and coolest.
Pricing is extremely reasonable, and once you’ve created something, it’s on file for future orders which is super-​convenient and efficient.
Simply put, I love MOO!
