Graham Tire Company

Came here in the middle of February to get an oil change. Also, since I purchased my tires from Graham’s, I can get them rotated for free, so I figured, might as well.
I called ahead of time, double-​checking to see if I could get in or needed to schedule an appointment for later in the day. The staff person I talked to was personable. He said since it was early, I should have no problem and they could get my vehicle in right away.
After arriving and checking in, I proceeded to head to the waiting area. The TV was on ridicuously loud and I had a headache. Me being the only patron in the store, I figured it would be okay to mute the sound. Hey, at least I turned the closed captioning on, just in case… Apparently, that bothered two other Graham’s staff. They have their own TV remote «hidden» secretly at the front desk. And they were not embarrased to use it and return the volume to its previous level.
That pissed me off. Seriously? They weren’t even watching it, they just wanted it on so they could continue to talk about their previous night out, how much they drank and how successful they thought they were with the ladies. Nice.
I thought, fine, I’ll just try to ignore that, check out the interwebs on the cellular. Kind of. Do they have Wi-​Fi? Yes. Is it open to the public? No. So… looks like that option is out. Yes, I have data on my phone but to use public wi-​fi? Much more of a convenience, just… not to be had here.
Frustrated by some of the staff, the TV volume, and the Wi-​Fi, I regressed. About 40 minutes later, my vehicle was done. I don’t know that I’ll re-​visit this particular location. But thank you to whomever I talked with over the phone and in person when I checked-​in.
