New to the area, I didn’t have «a guy» like I did back home so I went to the internet the first time my hvac broke. That was a mistake, I won’t name names but I used a huge company and never felt like a priority. It broke again before the summer was over and a co worker suggested Astro. Not only did they come out faster than I expected, they told me what the problem really was so I knew what to say to get my refund from the last place AND ASTRO WAS CHEAPER!!!

After getting a quote to repair my old air conditioner from one hour heating and air for $ 1100, who also said they probably wouldn’t be able to even find the part i needed, I decided to call another company. I’m so glad I called this place. Such a friendly staff. From the moment I called I was treated so kindly. They were able to get a technician to my house within hours. The new quote I got was less then half of what I was given before, and was assured by this technichian it was not a complicated thing to get as the previous company had told me. I never felt pressured to make any decisions as the other company made me feel. It was also refreshing to have someone who wasn’t just trying to be a salesman. He assessed the situation and let me know exactly what was wrong. He wasn’t just trying to sell me a new unit as the previous place had done. It’s so nice to work with such honest people. I love this place!

Steve was the technician that came to my home. A possible air conditioning repair of about $ 8000 was fixed in about one hour for $ 178. I have used Astro Air Designs for many years as a home builder. They are very knowledgeable and honest. I would recommend them to anyone without reservation.

i had water leaking from my ceiling and needed someone in a pinch, astro responded quickly and took the job which was helpful. they fabricated the necessary materials in house and came out the next day. the service person then measured incorrectly what was needed and where which resulted in the job taking an extra day. with it being 100degrees outside and having a 2 month old, that extra day due to their error meant me spending 150 $ to stay in a hotel. job is done but i was disappointed with the delay and how they talked with me about the error

Astro did a great job in replacing our attic’s old leaking heating/​ac ducting in our 25+ year old home. They were careful in the house when they enlarged the air return in the hallway and promptly came back when we had a small issue with a rattle. It is wonderful to now have the heat dispersing evenly in the house and know that it is not being wasted by leaking into the attic. Happy with the upgrade and improvement and the price was reasonable.

Steve was amazing! He was sure a part was bad replaced it and it wasn’t that part. Thank god for honesty, he could have said it was that part charged us and been on his way, he found the issue fixed it we paid and its been working great since. Bell Brothers said it would cost $ 80 over the phone and that we would most likely need a whole new system… $ 8000 vs $ 400. Thanks ASTRO AIR!

After several bad experiences with Beutler managing my HVAC system, I decided to find someone locally. These people are efficient, reasonable, on time and friendly. They even solved an A/​C problem I was having.
