Angela’s Above & Beyond LLC

I placed an online order for flowers to be sent for her birthday. I received the confirmation email and expected them to be delivered. On my daughter’s birthday I call her to find out that she never got them! I call Angela and she first says that she knows nothing about the order when I tell her about placing them over 1 week ago she then recanted her statement. She then said she emailed me and said that the flowers were not in stock then said that the $ 10 deliver fee was not enough and that it was $ 25. I explained that what HER website charged me when I put the address in. I then told her I never got her «email» I doubled checked as I was speaking to her. Then I asked her why she didn’t call me on the phone number that was listed. All she said was that she normally does and left it at that… Horrible service, horrible communication a huge disappointment and now I need to get my money back!!!
Be smart and purchase somewhere else!
