Career Caddy was founded in 2011 by Career Coach, Kim D’Aloia. Career Coaching was a natural transition for Kim and something she felt driven to do. With a background in Recruiting and Managing, she has the ability to understand and appreciate all areas of career development. The capability to master issues from both an employee and employer prospective has helped her clients find great success and satisfaction in their careers.
