My husband and I have been coming here for years and will continue to do so! We’ve ever been disappointed with the fresh smoked treats we’ve purchased. We usually get the salmon, a few of their smoked skewer options and then a jerky or two! The prices are great and the quality is unbeatable! The only reason this is t getting a 5 star review is that their service is always lacking something. This last visit I was waiting to order almost 5 minutes before anyone realized there was a customer, it wasn’t the end of the world as it gave me time to shop, but still… However, this won’t stop us from coming because their product is that good!

We always come in here when driving through or staying at Lincoln City. They have some really excellent jerky, as well as fresh shrimp and the like. They also have a wine selection and other various food items that make good gifts.

This place has fantastic jerky! Anytime we are in the area, we purchase several pounds. Great smoke-house… wish I knew the their secrets! We actually passed right by it while in Lincoln City a few weeks ago… they are doing some major road construction, and the sign was not on the highway… but rest assured, it is still there! If in the area, you should most definitely stop in!

Mr. Bill’s has a new cook, and he is very helpful and clearly likes his job. If he’s the one making the smoked fish, BRAVO! We bought some smoked tuna and smoked salmon, and they are among the best I’ve ever eaten. Just enough smoke, just enough dryness, just enough salt. We stopped at the Dory Cove /Mr. Bill’s Village Smoke house for sentimental reasons on our way down, but stopped on the way back for the fish!

The best! This place has ruined me to smoked salmon from anywhere else! I buy pounds of it whenever I’m in Lincoln City.

This is the second time we’ve bought something here. First time was two years ago when we were here and the smoked fish was very good! So needless to say we made a return visit for more smoked fish. We purchased smoke tuna and smoked salmon. My husband is a fish smoker too so when he can indulge in some good fresh smoked fish he is in heaven. This place has really good smoked fish the only reason I’m not giving it a five star rating is it is really pricy. Worth it idk but it is really good you won’t be disappointed so if you feel like splurging on a treat this would be it. Very good, but expensive. Great customer service too!

it’s no wonder why i couldn’t try a sample before spending $ 20 on smoked fish. deeestgusting! the oysters were super fishy and gross and the salmon and albacore both had zero smokiness to them. go spend your money elsewhere!

extremely expensive, and the jerky was VERY salty to the point it was not edible. it just tasted like a hunk of ham. also, the lady who rang us up didn’t put in the shark jerky we ordered. long line with incompetent help and smelly place.

Stopped by there today and got 2 kinds of jerky. Sweet Heat — It was not sweet and it lacked any kind of heat. Teriyaki — Couldn’t taste any teriyaki in it whatsoever. Plus they charge $ 20lb and the pieces are like 3/8″ thick and wiegh like 6oz each.

Good fish, good wine, but sold us a rotten crab. Stank to high heaven when we opened the bag. We threw it away, as any one should, but when we called the next day, we were told that we needed to bring it in for a refund. We had already left our rental, so we are now out $ 16. I’m just glad my son didn’t get sick after he took a bite of it.

Pros: Jerky made fresh daily with no preservatives, fresh crab, assortment of specialty cheeses and beer, wine, crackers, and tons of other fresh seafood. My kind of shop. Forget clothes, give me cheese and wine. The owner was so helpful and gave us ideas on a last minute place to stay on the Saturday night before Mother’s day. Located on the west side of 101 near Crap’n’pancake. Cons: jerky must be chilled.
