The Basement Doctor provides free basement waterproofing, foundation repair and crawl space vapor barrier inspections and written estimates to homeowners with wet leaky basements, damp dirt crawl spaces, mold, mildew, bowed, cracked, settling and sinking foundation walls.

We’re the preferred waterproofing, foundation and crawl space contractor in the Findlay, Toledo, Lima and Ft Wayne areas.

History

Established in 2012.

The Basement Doctor has been waterproofing wet basements, foundation problems and damp crawlspaces in Lima and northeast Ohio since the 1990’s.

In 1993 the future owner of Basement Doctor Northwest John Clements had his own basement waterproofed by The Basement Doctor, then started working for the company as a Project Manager. Fast forward to 2012 and John and business partners Lee Blodgett and Gordon Bowman purchased the territory and joined the Basement Doctor licensee family. By fixing problems, keeping their word and giving back to the community they have expanded their original 10 county are to 32 counties in Northeast Ohio and Northeast Indiana.
