Sunday lunch, the place was packed. Service was a little slow, the AC was definitely too high, but the food was mmmmm-​good! My husband got the chorizo omelet, which had him blowing his nose (that’s a good sign!). I got the spinach & mushroom omelet, good but needed salt. My kid got pancakes with raspberry and peaches. I *need* that raspberry sauce recipe! It was ‘spensive, as IHOP tends to be, but we were well nourished when we left, without that whole «omg I just ate a bunch of horrible food and feel like crap now» feeling. It’s a hike from the interstate, but we thought it was worth it.
