Very friendly and helpful! Completed my services before expected time of pick up, really appreciated their fast work. Made sure to fix a problem (that I hadn’t gone in for) at no cost before I left the shop. Would highly recommend!

Wife somehow hit a concrete pole at a car wash with her Lexus SUV. Took it to Sentry and they repaired the damage to driver’s door, fender and running board. Super friendly staff. Only took 3 days to complete the work and results are great. Wife is very pleased which is always a good thing.

Just as the previous posts had mentioned, I to was «very skeptical» when I first drove up. The facility is worn down but I’m thrilled with the work they did! First of all the quote was $ 300 less then what a dealership quoted me and to top that when Ken told me my car would be done in two days, they actually were right! I’d recommend them for body work on your vehicle!

You’re not paying for the flash and glitz, you’re paying for a quality service. These guys have fixed a couple of my dented and dinged up cars over the years and have done a great job. They can even pick up/​drop off, especially in the Decatur area.

I have to say driving up I was a bit concerned as the shop is not «fancy.» Since the reviews on Unilocal were so good, I pushed past my initial concerns and went in. Mike is as nice as they come. He gave me an estimate that was fair and since he had to order parts we agreed I would call to make an appointment and bring my vehicle back. I had no problem scheduling the follow-​up appointment. They were able to do the work quicker than they predicted, the work they did is excellent, and they ended up charging me less than the estimate. I couldn’t be happier and will never take any car I have anyplace else.

Sentry Body Shop has done work on two different cars for me. Mike is very easy to deal with and helps take the hassle out of having your car in the shop. He has picked up my car in Virginia Highlands both times. Once was for a lease return — they did some small touch up and it was turned in with no extra fees. He recently did a small bumper repair where someone had backed into my car. Again, quick, easy and looks great. Reasonable prices too.

Working with Sentry Body Shop was hands-​down one of the best customer service interactions I have ever experienced. My travel schedule has me on the road four days a week, but Mike and his team were willing to pick up my car from my home (on a Sunday!) and drop it off after 9 pm on a Thursday night. It would have been impossible to find another business so accommodating to my schedule. The price was lower than any other quote I got and they did a fantastic job. For the sake of my car, I hope not to have to see these guys again, but if I need repairs, I will go to them in a heartbeat.

I’ve used Sentry 6 times and I’m a fan. I think they do great work at a very fair value. Two things standout, one is the service — Mike Cottrell is friendly and very easy to deal with — often he’ll pick your car up and drop it off. The second thing is the work — it is great quality work that is completed on time, on budget as promised. No hassles or excuses. I’ve recommended them and nothing but great reviews. It’s nice to do business with friendly folks who are good at what they do.
