Office Depot

I have been trying to be nice to the business services folks here, but today I am over it. The wait times are long, they never seem to understand what they are there to do, and the person that helped me today was totally rude (and I pointed that out to her). They also have been pretty inconsistent with what they charge me for the copy jobs — oddly enough, the price continues to go up each time and I get the same thing every time (good thing I found a coupon this time!) I have to come here and spend a bunch of money for my job and for my volunteer positions — I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I have had problems with shipping at this Office Depot MULTIPLE times. Certain employees were not helpful at all when I would ask for their help and were not very courteous. I shipped a birthday package this week and I was told it would be delivered by Friday, which was perfect because it was before my boyfriends birthday. Once I got home I automatically tracked the order online it stated that the package would be delivered on Monday. Very disappointed that the employee would give me false information and charge me to have it shipped on Friday when in reality it will be delivered three days later AFTER MY BOYFRIENDS BIRTHDAY TOTALLY RUINING EVERYTHING. Very rude and incompetent.

The slowest ever, took me 30 minutes to print a picture, one single picture. Unfortunately it’s like this every time I come in here so I should have known better… just giving you guys a heads up. Prepare to spend 30 min to an hour to get stuff done.

Back here again because my husband needed to fax a few documents. And as always it took about 30 mins, I walked around the store a few times looking at office tables that didn’t impress me at all. My husband is 6’4 so I could just look in his direction just to see where he was in the line from wherever I was in the store … His pace was really slow just getting to the counter. They only have one person working in the copy/​print/​fax dept so I do understand the wait, but at what point do they have standby’s for extra help. Everytime I come on this place it takes too long just to get service. The only thing good about this visit was that the guy helping my husband was very polite and apologetic.
I can say this will be the last time we go in here to fax anything… We drove over to Walmart to buy a new fax machine :)

The service today was definitely a hit or miss. I came in to print something for my dad. While I waited for him to remember his password I was completely forgotten by Bonnie. When I was finally able to print, after serving two other customers, she finally acknowledged me. Not satisfied.

This is a fine Office Depot location. The manager here is pretty nice. We bought a desk and a few chairs here and he was super accommodating when they didn’t didn’t have the desk that was advertised on sale. The store is clean and someone is always around to answer any questions any time we have been in there.

Office Depot is my «go to» store for office supplies and this location is especially good.
They always have what I am looking for, there is always staff available to help if needed and I love their clearance section.
Yea, so their prices are a tad higher than Wal-​Mart but who can really say that they actually «enjoy» shopping at Wal-​Mart?!? whereas I do enjoy shopping at Office Depot.

The people her are always helpful and for the most part pleasant to deal with, typically always have all of my office needs for a great price.

This is a pretty large store, although it could’ve been what I came here for (pencil sharpener) that made it seem so large… nah, it’s huge! Very clean, looks very new and staff were standing at the front to greet me and ask if I needed any help.
Beyond that, it’s your standard Office Depot. Good stuff
