A great place to shoot, buy or just talk guns. They can get busy at times, but are eager to spend time with you whether you are buying looking or just want to chat about guns.
I have purchased two handguns and an AR10 from them. The prices are in line with most stores, but the people make the difference.
The range is good for handguns or rifles, as well as shotguns. They have everything you need.

I have visited Main Street guns about once a month for the past two years. It’s not the closest to my house but it is worth the few extra minutes on the road.
They are usually fairly busy but always seem to have a lane available. I don’t think I have ever had to wait to get a lane. They have several pistol lanes and several rifle lanes. They do rent guns out but if you rent their guns you have to buy their ammo. I have never used their rental guns but friends have and they always have some kind of problem. They seem very dirty and misfire often.
The accessories and ammo they sell are a little pricey but not too bad.
Their staff seem to be knowledgable about weapons and don’t appear too cocky like at some of the other ranges around town.
I have had one of my ARs worked on there and they did it relatively quick and within a reasonable price range.
I know that they also offer gun safety classes but don’t know the details. I’m sure you can check out their website.

I would like to thank your very inattentive staff for their honest behavior. Usually when a patron enters an establishment, someone greets the possible customers with a smile, a kind word, or some sort of salutation.
However, I admire the honesty of the staff that averted eye contact and pretended to be so busy looking at the counters. Their actions speak volumes of how your business is not interested in acquiring new and retaining old customers. I would also like to mention that, if you are going to advertise via Groupon and offer a deal; the fine print should state that the cut off time for the lanes is 8 p.m. Also, if I walk in your establishment at 7:54 p.m. and one of your staff is not with another client, they could at least have the decency to offer that tidbit of information instead of pretending to be busy.
I plan to return the Groupon and never step foot in your doors again, just thought you and others (possibly considering this range) should know why.

This is my local range. The store itself has limited stock but does offer some used firearms. The range is fairly small, but has nice ventilation. I’ve always had pretty good experiences as a lane renter. Weekends are a bear. I prefer a mid week visit to avoid the crowds and parking issues.

Racism appeal loudly, I went 3 time because its close to home but never again. I took my friend and my cousin and they very disrespectful toward me and my gust. If u ain’t white, you not welcome is what the sign should say.

Very knowledgeable, friendly staff. One of the few places where they don’t talk down to those who don’t as much. The range is clean, comfortable, and secure. They also have a wide selection of firearms and accessories.

[Location/​Ambiance]:
Parking: The parking lot can be a bit cramped on the weekend afternoons, so sometimes parking is available at the neighboring store. Also, I feel there’s usually someone with a «bro-​truck» that can’t seem to park within the lines and take up a potential parking spot for someone else.
Inside the Store: It’s pretty narrow, aside from the classroom and private office room. Along each side are display cases with various handguns /​pistols. From the entrance, new guns are on the left display case. And used hand guns and a supply of new scopes I believe are on the right. Various rifles are hung on the wall to the left. New ear and eye protection are for sale as well, though limited selection. Prices are slightly above average for most things. There is one restroom. A small fridge for an assortment of drink choices. Small selection for targets in mostly bigger sizes.
The pistols for rental are in the last display case near the register. They carry mostly popular brands and calibers, including but not limited to: Glocks, Springfield Armory, Smith & Wesson polymer type pistols in sub compact to compact and some in full frame. Calibers included but not limited to are 9 mm, .40 caliber, 45, and a few 380 from what I remember. They do not have any Sig Sauer for rental. =(. I have yet to ever rent a rifle from them, so I’m not sure on their selection. The bullets they mainly sell for the rental guns are re-​manufactured bullets from Atlanta Arms.
Inside the range: There are 5 pistol lanes and 4 rifle lanes. The target holder system is controlled by a simple toggle switch. With a cardboard hanger with binding clips to hold the targets. Not advance, but we’ve never had any issues since the first time here. Shotguns are allowed but I believe you can only shoot slugs.
[Service]:
Pistol and Rifle lanes are on a first come first serve basis, though groupon users might be placed behind on the wait list to those not using one getting priority. Though I’ve only seen this twice on a busy weekend. Each attendant has been pleasant to deal with, for looking at any guns in display or questions on the range. I haven’t ever felt snubbed on a question I have asked nor been given a particular brand «fan boys» deep opinions on what they feel is the best, be all-​end all. I believe unless you have NEVER handled a gun before or not coming with person who has, each person has been treated fairly with excellent customer service on each visit.
Groupons: As other Unilocalers have noted, includes clear eye protection and your own ear plugs. Though these were troublesome for me and wouldn’t sit well. That’s the last time I forget my gear bag. Doh.
{Summary}:
Though they are small operation and not many people working the counter or on hand, they’ve always been helpful. Wait times are the usual for the lanes on weekends. Prices are standard for lane rentals, but more affordable with plus one/​two. I feel they are worth visiting and will continue on supporting this local business.

I purchased a Groupon for these guys a while back, and finally got around to using it a few weekends ago. I had come previously, but this place can really get packed later in the day, and the wait time was too long, so they weren’t accepting any more people.
My friend and I called in advance this time, to see if they could reserve a lane for us. They can’t, so it’s «first come, first served». We went around noon on a Saturday, and we were the first people there. The Groupon is awesome! It included ear guards, eye protection (but I had glasses, so I didn’t need it), as well as gun rental and targets. The only thing you had to purchase was ammo. But since I came with an experienced person, we were able to use his ammo for a majority of the hour, and for the last 15 minutes or so we used their guns and ammo (if you use their guns, you are required to buy their ammo).
PROS:
The Groupon is a great value, and includes basically everything but ammo.
Staff was courteous and helpful.
There’s a ladies’ night every Wednesday. Ladies play free all day.
Open Monday-​Sunday (but hours vary).
CONS:
Can get REALLY crowded on the weekends. I suggest going Saturday afternoon, as opposed to later on Saturday.
Parking lot is pretty small, and can easily get filled to capacity later on in the day.
Ear protection wasn’t very good. I could hear people talking, and definitely guns going off, even when it was properly installed in my ear. Maybe it’s because it’s one size fits all, but really it doesn’t fit smaller ears very well.
First come, first served – no lane reservations.
THE VERDICT:
I’m a fan! They offer a wide range of guns for rental, and the Groupon makes it an incredibly affordable experience. I would definitely come back with a Groupon, as when there isn’t a wait time you can go in and shoot at the range, with incredible ease. The entire experience was very easy to go through. They even gave us 5 extra minutes because we came in around 12:55, so we were officially signed in at 1:00pm.

I’ve been to this location a few times, and love the range there (My favorite to date). Place gets packed towards closing time, but if you arrive early enough they do what they can to accomodate you. My first visit was to consider what my 1^st gun would be, and was met by Julio, an employee who took close to 45 minutes of his time to educate me on the various types of guns and their pros/​cons, going so far as to bring out a box of individual bullets (i.e. 22lr, .380, 9 mm, .40, .45, etc) and pricing to show me how effective each one is. It’s also a very female-​friendly location. I thought it was awesome watching a girl shoot off a pink cerakoted 12 gauge a few lanes down. Only in ‘Murica! 5 stars as their staff has always been very nice to me and my guests.

Staff is awesome. Been there’s few times. Always a great experience. Made a purchase during my last visit and the rep who helped was very patient.

Second time at a shooting range and went with family again. Staff was really friendly. Also got a Groupon deal so decided to try it out. Since the last time (different location), bought earplugs, saftely glasses for whole family since we did enjoy the gun shooting experience.
Mainstreet Guns & Range is a lot smaller but has everything that you need for a shooting range. I did like the choices of hand guns and there seem to be a variety. The Groupon did not include ammo and I was surprised to pay over $ 50 for it. I mean, I can understand if I had to… but really didn’t know and didn’t have to the last time I bought a Groupon deal to another location. At least I will know in the future that ammos are expensive.
I am not sure if I want to come back or not. It’s not that it was a bad experience or anything but I do want to try other locations before writing off this location.

This place is very solid!
Three of us went for the shooting range. It was easy to find with their big sign up front. We walked in and there were a decent amount of people inside, but we were greeted and helped pretty quickly. We waited about 10 minutes for a lane to open up, not too bad since they were filled up when we got there. We used that time to pick out our targets (about $ 1.50 each). Also, they have $ 0.50 ear plugs and $ 2.00 sights if you need them.
When we were waiting for our lane, we overheard the staff educating others about gun safety, and I saw them monitoring the range cameras a good bit. It gave me the idea that safety is important here (as it should be at any gun range, but unfortunately not always is).
Also, the range rates are better than most other places, especially the rifle range, $ 12/​person/​hour, while other places will charge up to $ 20/​person/​hour.
Overall, great experience. I’ll definitely be back. They also have what looks to be a wide selection of guns. I’ll need to browse around and see what that service/​prices are like when I return. Because of this, I left a star off, since I feel like I haven’t had the full 360 degree experience yet.

Purchased myself a pistola from these guys awhile back. It’s a fairly small gun shop, but nice, and the employees are on top of their game. I’ll have to return one day to use the indoor shooting range.

Very friendly however their price is very high. For more than half the price you can go to bullseye in Lawrenceville.

Sooooo much fun! Went here to shoot a few handguns, rifles, and a shotgun. The place itself is relatively easy to find. The rates run at $ 12/​person (per hour) and an extra $ 10/​person if you’re sharing a lane (per hour). On Wednesdays, ladies shoot for free! Seems like a win-​win for me.
I’ll definitely come back. They offer complimentary water bottles too, because let’s be honest… it can get a little hot in the shooting range.

Lots of guns for sale!!! Some interesting used pieces always worth a look.
I haven’t used their indoor range, but I see it in my future.

Wednesday is Ladies Day! How awesome is that?!
I don’t know why it took me so long to write this review. But anyways, I was so excited to see that an indoor range was going to open right here in Lilburn. Their inventory was pretty low when they first opened. But seems like in the last year, the store has filled up quickly.
On one occasion, we had our car towed by mistake… Ridiculous! How do you mistakenly tow a car?! A guy called the tow truck company and said that his car had a flat and needed to be towed. He told them it was parked on Main Street. So, my car, no flat. How do you tow the wrong car? We were pretty heated up. I literally walked out and had a «Dude, Where’s my car?» moment. So, I went inside and asked if they had seen anything, but unfortunately, the surveillance system wasn’t up yet. The manager was very helpful. He had one of the employees call an officer out. After a while, the tow truck driver brought our car back with some scratches under the bumper. Damages which they fortunately had to pay for. The employees and manager were very patient and helpful in every way possible.
Also, I’d like to recognize a specific employee, Justin. On our most recent visit, Justin was more than friendly and helpful. He definitely knows his weapons inside and out. He frequently checked on us inside the range and made sure everything was alright; He also coached the other patrons on how to hold the firearm while shooting. (This was done pretty frequently because several of the patrons were waving their firearm as if it was a toy. And turning away when shooting, while slowly raising the weapon.) So thank goodness Justin was there to make sure no accidents happen. Overall, I’m very pleased with the prices, the customer service, the inventory, and the location (despite the incredibly small lot). So with all this satisfaction, how can I not give them 5 stars? They’re great! Check them out!
P. S. It gets ridiculously packed. We had to park at the Harley lot and walk over. Regardless of day and time, they stay busy. But here’s a tip, go at least 3 – 4 hours before closing. Because 2 hours before closing, the entire lobby is full of people waiting for the range.

This indoor range is the typical indoor range. The gun shop itself is amazing. So many different weapons to choose from. We found a great deal on Groupon and we decided to take a shot at this. (Get it? Take a shot? Ha!) The Groupon allowed an unlimited amount of weapon switchouts within a 1 hr period. They give you new sets of protective sunglasses and ear plugs. You can pick your own target sheet. Keep in mind this Groupon does not include ammo. As long as you remember that and be safe, you are good to go! The staff is very helpful and able to help out with any questions you may need!

I have only been to outdoor shooting ranges in the past so this indoor range was certainly a different experience for me. I greatly enjoyed it! We found this deal on Groupon which was a really good deal. It included the ear plugs, new protective glasses, the gun rental and target sheet. Be warned: you still need to pay for the ammo! If you’d like to try out a different gun, you’d need to buy ammo for that specific one but you can try as many guns as you’d like which is pretty cool.
They had about 12 or so shooting lanes available and there was no wait which was nice. We got there and immediately got our stuff and lane and started shootin! It was VERY loud and if the person shot their gun next to you, you could feel it. It was very different than what I was used to for sure. It was pretty crowded and lively on that Saturday we went but you could not reserve a lane. Luckily there was no need to but people were calling in as we got our supplies and tried to reserve the lanes. The employees must hear that all day! Also, if you had any questions, there was a helpful employees in the actual shooting range room to assist you.
It was definitely an interesting experience and I recommend trying it out!
